Great Stay, Excellent Service! My second time staying at the Bon Hotel Maitama, and it did not disappoint. Always love it at the hotel. The food was great, and the staff very friendly. Great value for the money!

Very good hotel located in the quiet neighborhood of Maitama. The rooms are superbly furnished, the restaurant food and service are really nice and the breakfast options just adequate for most travellers. It is a small hotel and has a tiny pool and tiny gym which are perfect for business travellers

Very nice staff, clean

I loved the pool and gym area. Plenty of lounge to relax and read by the pool. Friendly and polite staff throughout the property. Manned security gate for safety.

Zzzzz Clean functional but boring hotel

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and tucked away—perfect for a relaxing evening after a busy day. My room was a good size and quite comfortable. I had also booked another room for a colleague; although it didn’t have hot water, she didnt report it to the staff, but I assume it would have been promptly addressed. The menu offered a nice balance of local and international dishes, which was a pleasant touch.

My bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain. The glass to protect the water from getting on the floor was half way built. So you have to be care when you hundle your way out of the bathtub. This was Room 205. The last time I stayed ant BON hotel I didn’t have this issue. However , everything else was great and felt like home.

Excellent hotel choice The staff were really very helpful and friendly. My only issue was with the hot water, but it could be I didn’t know how to operate it.

Good place A welcoming place. It’s located in a quiet and safe area. Rooms are large enough and clean. Having carpet is not great but it did not trigger my allergies. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. Special mention for the room service. I have tried almost everything on the menu, all very good. However, I don’t think it’s a hotel for the business trip. There is very little space in the lobby to hold one on one meetings and the internet was terrible. It also doesn’t cater well for international guests (change issue). Most disappointing: the breakfast. Not at all as presented on the website: not a buffet and only English breakfast offered. Overall I enjoyed my stay. If i came back it would probably be on a personal trip.
