主人が悪い人じゃなかったので、あまり悪く言いたくないのですが、ホテルの入り口は、とてもホテルとは思えませんでした。 入り口に、ホテル名はありますが、昼でも真っ暗で廃墟のようでした。しかもレセプションは3階で、初見では絶対分かりません。自分は、隣のお店に教えてもらいました。 主人は、ピアノ演奏のサービスや、朝食をくれましたが、 まずは入口に電気をつける事が優先だと思いますよ。

Booked this hotel last minute. Room was ready and very clean.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura dal 14 al 17 agosto un palazzo dell'800 a dir poco spettacolare potrebbe sicuramente esserci un po' più di cura da parte del proprietario facendo qualche piccolo lavoro di manutenzione nelle camere stesse come migliorare un po' l'impianto idraulico. La cosa spettacolare e unica della struttura è data dalla presenza del responsabile se così si può chiamare un uomo di 60 anni che fa di tutto dalla consegna veicoli e bagagli alla cura degli ospiti preparando colazioni spettacolari e deliziando gli ospiti nel mattino anche suonando il pianoforte e vi posso assicurare che fare colazione ascoltando Aniello che suonano il piano con il mare di fronte e le prelibatezze che prepara lo stesso Aniello è a dir poco fantastico... Insomma la struttura senza la presenza di Aniello non sarebbe la stessa... Ci ritornerei?? Si sicuramente ma al primo posto della mia scelta nel ritornarci sarebbe sicuramente per la presenza di Aniello,attento con i clienti e sempre disponibile anche a darti qualche consiglio che va oltre alla vacanza stessa insomma un uomo di altri tempi che difficilmente si incontra ... Un consiglio al proprietario della struttura tieniti stretto Aniello che è quel qualcosa in più che altre strutture non hanno.

The record needs to be set straight here! After reading alot of horrific reviews i was close to cancelling, im glad i didnt because this place has alot of charm….. classic italian features and rooms with new patio doors with your own terrace and aircon,tele,hairdryers, fridge with freezer and kettle with tea coffee and sweets and good wi-fi! Rooms changed daily for us so far its our 3rd day today! The host Aniello is amazing too he cant do enough for you and is helpful in any way possible. The only downside is rooms you can tell have aged and need alittle redecoration but nothing terrible to me. All in all a fantastic place and really enjoying our stay… 🤍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

in uno splendido appartamento di inizio ottocento vieni a trovarti come in una bomboniera, il personale disponibilissimo e simpatico. il maitre di casa ti suona la ninna nanna al pianoforte ho passato una splendida settimana anche se pioveva, grazie di tutto e a presto p.s. se vi piacciono i mobili stile ikea o stile minimalista non è il posto che fa per voi ma se amate il bello ve lo consiglio

I am not one to post negative comments, but this time, here it goes. First, the entrance of the hotel is horrendous dark, old and dirty is part of a building where other people live it seems. You have climb 4 (four) flights of stairs no elevator. They claim is a second floor - NOT TRUE. It 4 flights of stairs and when you get there, no help. A little sign that you have to go the reception at another hotel 1 block away. (So you go down 4 flights of stairs to climb them up again. Because they couldnt have a sign at the entrance of the building, right?) And then you get a room that have to climb one more flight of stairs for a 5th starcase but this one through half construction, full of dust and smells cement. In summary, just NO.

Esperienza pessima. Arriviamo e alle 16 la camera non è ancora pronta (perche siete arrivati troppo presto ci viene detto). Quando entriamo in camera notiamo una crepa alla parete, il soffitto che perde intonaco ma, cosa ben più grave, insetti che camminano sul cuscino. Spostato il cuscino si trovano insetti di varie dimensioni che camminano tra le lenzuola. Chiamato il receptionist filma, il tutto e ci dice che non possiamo stare lì. Alle 00.50 riusciamo a trasferirci in una struttura diversa e decisamente più confortevole. Se poi si considera che l'ingresso NON è ciò che si vede nel sito, e anche altre descrizioni sono decisamente fuorvianti, devo dire che andare in una struttura diversa ci ha salvato la vacanza.

Arrived hotel and the entrance looked awful. 4 long floors up - had to carry luggage ourselves! Hotel in bad condition. The man in the reception was aggressive and they dont speak english. He threatened me and wanted to fight. Bad place😡😡😡😡😡

I was tempted by pictures of an old-style rooms. I paid even extra for a 'superior' room to experience something even better. But my room was like in a cheap hostel. I asked two random guests to show me their rooms and they were completely different - like rooms in an old palace-like bulding should be. The personnel there did not speak English so I was asked to contact a reception of their second hotel. The rude receptionist treated me like a pain in the ass stating the room is ok and it is 'superior' because it has a terrace; she was making contemptuous faces all the time. The room was basic, the mattress had dirty blotches resembling blood stains, air conditioning was not working properly (it decreased temperature a bit but it was still very hot), plaster was falling off the walls. Look at the pictures I am attaching to asses whether a 'superior room' should look like that. Compare it to their official pictures. If this is not a scam, so what is it then?
