At arriving there were many broken things, but it seemed alright since we would only stay for 2 days. However there only was half a roll of toilet paper, we went to the receptionist and he said to us: thats enough and its all you need, we said that it isnt cuse we are there for 2 nights, so after a lot of effort he went to the back and got us 2 extra rolls of toiletpaper. Later that day when we went back to the room we started to make the bed, and all of sudden we saw a little insect crawling... We lifted up the blankets and pillows and we saw a lot of insects, upon closer examination there were a lot of insects throughout the entire hotel room. After that we went to check out the rest of the room, the pillows were completely turned yellow of dirt, the sink was extremely dirty, so was the toilet. There were insect everywhere, there was a lot of dust and weird stains on the door aswell. We went to the receptionist to show him, he offered us 3 other rooms, so we checked them all out... But in all the rooms was exactly the same problems with insects and dirty sinks and toilets. We showed the receptionist and he saw everything, he told us that he couldnt do anything and we should call his manager. We called the manager and he told us that wverything was fine and that the receptionist will clean it. The receptionist however didnt clean anything and he wasnt gonna, so we said we want our money back. After a lot of struggeling he told us we could get the money back. The next day we should get a mail with a confirmation about the money, however that didnt happen, so we called again. Because it was the weekend they couldnt do anything yet so we understood that. Couple of days lwter still nothing, so we called again. The guy on the phone said that his manager will react the next day, so now another week later, we recieved a mail with the text: sorry we cant give you the money back. Our entire weekend has been ruined because of this hotel and they cant even properly give any money back or solve the problem. I would give this hotel 0 stars but sadly enough you cant. Including i will upload all the pictures i have and i really hope no one else will ever have to sleep here and go through the same as we went. Please dont go here!

Modern, sauber und großzügiges Einzelzimmer. Späten Check out ermöglicht 👍 Draußen fehlt vor dem Gebäude und auf dem Parkplatz eine Beleuchtung., ist gefährlich... Komme trotzdem gerne mal wieder LG, S. Friedhoff S.
