Comfortable bed and bedding, good tv and lighting but would like a little more resources rather than have to remember to take things with me. When staying more than one night I ike to be able to put things out of siight, clothes inside a cupboard/drawers etc and have some things I consider should be available, tissues, water etc

great hotel'only stayed for 1 night while visiting relatives, hotel was fairly busy with a lot of workmen/Reps but was so quiet ,it was very near to the motorway which made it ideal ,we will definately stay here again ,must add the staff were very friendly as well.

Another wonderful stay. The Premier Inn manager Bella and her staff make our stay very enjoyable. The Beefeater Manager Nick and his staff are also excellent. The hotel deserves a 5 star rating because of the staff, who go out of their way to make our stay memorable. Nothing is too much trouble.

The staff were brilliant. BUT the 'accessible' rooms only have low beds. Not everyone who needs an accessible room is in a wheelchair. My father needs accessible facilities and a normal height bed, and so Premier Inn's policy is discriminatory. Sort this out please.

Decent Premier Inn with comfy beds. A good night’s sleep but the rooms are generally a bit tired, especially compared to other premier inns. There is no air-conditioning but there is heating and a fan. Don’t bother with the food - the adjacent Beefeater is dreadful with breakfast hot food only being to order, very poor quality and rude, unfriendly service. Not the usual Premier Inn breakfast by any means. Can’t comment on dinner as tried to get a table at 8pm but, despite the place being approx. 1/4 full, bar food was not being served.

Easy access to channel tunnel from here. Quiet rooms comfy beds. You can get food on site and I would suggest you book your table as it was very busy when we went on a Thursday night. The Beefeater attached is a pleasant place. The bar is always busy and the bar staff are not the friendliest due to the stress they are under. The restaurant staff were really nice and efficient. Food as expected from a place like this.

spent four nights here great stay, friendly staff and nice clean rooms. had the meal deal in the beefeater breakfast was ok however the evening meal deal lets it down as your restricted to certain items within the deal and had to pay extra if you wanted items not in the deal. evening service was slow having to wait 20mins on the first night to be asked what i wanted and then i had to call a member of staff to do that. overall a great stay and would stay again

Lovely staff, clean and very comfortable beds and pillows. Provided a much needed good nights sleep and showers after 12 hours travelling and before the next days 8 hours onward travel. Beefeater restaurant next door was excellent value and we had a meal deal voucher. The waiter Ben and the restaurant manager were excellent as well.
