The staff were excellent. Paola was amazing doing lots of different roles and being very attentive to customers needs. Truly a brilliant member of staff. Room very nice and clean. The only critisim was the lights in the room- very difficult to turn off so we had to sleep with lights on. Would be helpful if seeable instructions.

The staff here went out of their way throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and a lovely stay. Especially Aisha on checkout and the restaurant team making my daughter feel very grown up and extra looked after, thank you all so much!

I travel for work a lot and stay in Maidstone for 1-3 nights at least twice a month. I’ve tried all the Premier Inns in the area, but I now always choose Town Centre, even though it means driving a bit further from work and paying for parking. The staff here are fantastic—always happy to help, no matter how busy they are. The food is consistently great (the steak especially!), and it’s clear that the whole team works hard while staying friendly and professional. I can highly recommend spending a little extra to stay at this location in Maidstone. And always remember—patience is a virtue. The team here are doing their best, even when they’re spread a little thin.

I rarely leave a review but on this occasion I really feel the need to say a huge thank you to all the staff at the Premier Inn Maidstone Town centre. We were greeted by the lovely Richard who made us feel so welcome at check in and made sure we had all the information needed for our two day stay. Premier Plus room was amazing and I adore the new updated look of the hotel. The room was immaculate, I couldn't fault the cleanliness... and I'm quite fussy! Housekeeping was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. We were made to feel very at home and Crystal went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our room x Would 100% r

Had the sweetest welcome check in from Aisha on front desk and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. Definitely be back. Rooms were clean, food was good. I went solo but didn’t feel lonely once because everyone was so friendly and funny.

Fantastic room, super clean! Staff very friendly, Lainey in particular helped me with extra pillows and towels and came and checked everything was good. Breakfast was on point, everything was there, fresh, hot and available, staff again were great

Excellent stay at the hotel. Clean rooms and lovely calm atmosphere. Hotel staff greeted me with a warm welcome and they were very helpful. Especially the staff member Charlene, she assisted me with all the information I required and helped me register my vehicle for parking , she was such an upbeat and helpful person and it was lovely to see.
