Excellent

The room was smaller than expected! We had no choice but to always go downstairs to the reception to request for services needed. The room had less pillows and couldn’t get comfortable,the didn’t allow food to be taken inside neither to warm it up with the microwave when cold. Worst of all we had to pay for wifi separately from the cost of the room for two nights!that was annoying and uncalled for. I hope they do better.

Perfect place to stay. Really loved a lot.

Staff was very happy and helpful, you leave a sign on your door for 11am if you need beds changed clean towels or extra tea bags etc. Was very happy with my stay, and will stay again

No such thing as pleasant night sleep! Come outside for air loads mice round dustbins outside from doors to the right

Absolutley fantastic stay. Location is brilliant, literally 5 minutes from the beach. So close to all sorts of places to eat and visit. Staff are all so kind and helpful. All in all a really great place to stay. We will be back. Thankyou

The front service is excellent had ach, ant as well as mars helping with customer service tried to assist with everything that I asked absolutely fantastic

Room smelt of feet, shower didn’t look stable, no soap in dispensers and 1 towel for 2 adults Just overall unpleasant

A friendly welcome, helpful staff, a great central location,high hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout

I really enjoyed my stay the room was spotless. The staff was very friendly and accommodating especially sarah down in reception makes you feel very welcome. The breakfast was of great quality and was very delicious all In all I would say I loved my stay and will definitely be booking again.

Needs modernisation Bathroom not clean enough Only left two towels and there was three of us No where to put clothes we stayed couple days

Stayed the weekend for my sister wedding. Checking in was easy, Terence made our stay so welcome and will definitely be staying again in the near future Didn't have time for breakfast, but it did smell lovely. Maybe next visit, I will book breakfast

Stayed the weekend for a family wedding We chose this hotel due to the location of the venue, The Staff from day one were Fantastic, especially Terence and Scott who made us feel welcome, We had breakfast the next morning which was lovely and tasty 😀 The morning staff were also great, especially Christine the manager who was helping out at breakfast Thank you Maidstone we had a wonderful stay
