Comfortable + Clean + Very helpful/Friendly Great place to stay if you'd like to have kitchen access. Fridge, Kettle, Cups, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk provided. Bed was VERY comfortable. Bedding all clean. TV is streaming only - no regular TV channels. Could adjust the room temperature via the radiator dial. The shower is in the room, not in a separate bathroom. It didn't bother me, but it's unusual. It's not a luxurious place to stay, but it's clean, comfortable and affordable in this expensive area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I was able to drop my suitcases off early in the morning of my check in. There is space to park directly in the grounds of the hotel.

All you need, they have it The service and attention was superb. They upgraded us to an ensuite room as was not double bedrooms available, only tween beds, and for no extra cost. The rooms were very well equipped, with fridge, also shared kitchen, which for us was perfect. Overall very happy with the stay, would recommend 100%.

comfortable The location is beautiful, the house is not too far away from the town's centre and within walking distance from the railway station. Check- in was easily done. The accommodation was clean and the room is equipped with everything you need. There is a kitchen in which the guests can prepare their own food.

Great value for money

Big Disappointment We were staying overnight in the area after attending a funeral. The location was very convenient and the instructions provided re entry to the premises were specific, and there was parking onsite. I guess OYO means on your own? We located our room upstairs. It was very small with a small bouncy double bed. The TV had only Netflix or Utube, no other channels. None of the drawers or cupboard doors staying shut, but sprang open on their own, causing a serious obstacle if one were to get up to the toilet in the night! The room was described as “ensuite” and there was a pedestal sink and toilet with soap and shampoos on the floor, but neither shower nor bath!!! The washing facilities were down the hall. Shades of the 1980s! Our room rate included breakfast, so we were looking forward to a cooked English breakfast to get us on our long journey home. No. It was get your own, searching through cupboards to locate what you needed, fruit drink rather than juice, no perked coffee, etc., and then we were expected to wash, dry and put away our own dishes. Better off with Travelodge or Premier Inn!

The room was tiny, but very clean.There were PLENTY of breakfast options as well. The laundry was extremely convenient as well. The only thing I didn’t like was the air fresheners in the room. They made my nose hurt.
