"Solo trip for leisure and some work. Perfect location for exploring Mahon. My first picture is the beautiful view literally two minutes walk away at the end of the street! ... On arrival I was greeted by the genuinely friendly and helpful Paco on reception, who made me feel welcome and at home right away. The room was basic but clean and comfortable with an equally clean and well maintained bathroom. Small TV on the wall (pretty much all Spanish!) Bed was comfortable also, with extra blankets provided if needed. Air-con was used for heat due to time of year and was quiet and efficient. Rooms are cleaned daily to an excellent standard. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is excellent, which was good for me as I was doing a little work also (just a hint ... There are two different connection points using the same password for the rooms and the bar area) The bar is friendly, serving good chilled beers. I only had one snack there (made again by the lovely Paco!) and the odd coffee as most of the time I was out and about. Not much else to say really other than I would thoroughly recommend this little gem if you just want a good, honest, value for money base with no frills in the centre of Mahon. Thank you Paco and staff and I hope to see you again sometime :-) PS. Just a hint if you have a hire car ... The surrounding streets are narrow and a little tricky to navigate. There is free parking available in the surrounding vicinity but you'll have to hunt it out and may have to walk a few minutes to get there! Good luck! "

"We were very lucky to stay here because the location is close to the transportation area. The staff was very nice. Ms Loly thanks a lot you workin the right place by providing excellent service to all guests. The hotel was clean. The rooms were big. The amenities were good. There was machine Cafe Expresso. "Located somewhat out of the center, but with good views of the harbor. The room was very, very small, with barely any room to walk between the bed and the table or the window. I had to get dressed in the hallway. The price of the room is no excuse for meeting minimum room standards. The spa was small, but enough to relax for a while. The breakfasts were phenomenal. Variety and quality. The staff was very attentive and friendly. I would definitely stay again, but in a different room."

"We came to celebrate a milestone birthday and our time at Can Alberti made everything extra special. We arrived early but were treated to a lovely breakfast. The chief, Lea, created a delicious omelet and had all sorts of goodies out there n the buffet table. She also bakes cookies and brownies available all day as snacks. Scrumptious. A nice welcome surprise in our beautiful room! The hotel is spotless and filled with interesting art. Living room is a great spot to relax after a full day of sightseeing. Staff is charming, can’t wait to return."

"We stayed a family of five, and were separated into two rooms, but on the same floor. Nice hotel. Excellent breakfast and service at the bar. Parking right outside on the street. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious enough for two/three persons. All staff were kind and generous, and I would definitely recommend staying there - and have the breakfast! - also, book a room with a view over the sea. Amazing! We had troubles booking on the website, and the banking approval process for Denmark seemed to be blocked by the website. Ended up showing up in person at the hotel and got it solved."

"As a solo traveler, I decided to stay in Mahon vs. one of the beach resorts for my first trip to Menorca. I'm so glad I did. The hotel is in a good location and it's easy to walk to everything you want to see. Many excellent restaurants and bars right on their doorstep. The staff are all very accommodating and welcoming. I especially want to mention Mar who put my mind at ease when my flight was delayed. Every place she recommended was good. They are also helpful in securing dinner reservations and taxis if needed. The rooms are very comfortable and have all the amenities you need. You are spoilt for choice at breakfast. I also enjoyed sitting on the roof terrace after exploring Mahon on my first day. It's very quiet and I always felt safe. What a wonderful long weekend in Menorca and I hope to return."

The breakfast was exceptional, with a fantastic selection of artisan bakes and fresh options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements. Every morning felt like a real treat. A special mention must go to Sarah, who has been an amazing host from start to finish. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and her warm, welcoming approach makes you feel completely at home. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful sun trap and the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day wandering around Mahón. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. "Lovely hotel with very helpful & friendly staff, particularly Sylvia on reception, Diego, Antonina, Cleo & all bar staff. The rooms are clean & well serviced daily. The food, buffet style, was plentiful & tasty,(a second chef to cook different egg choices at breakfast would have helped the solo one who was rushed off his feet).
