Sunstar Beach Hotel

avoid this hotel. staff are ignorant unless your blond and aged about 16. food was awful bland and not much choice. no choice on all inclusive drinks. ended up spending 2 days in the toilet flies all over the food. bathroom smelt of dirty drains. aircon did not work reported 3 times no one came to sort it out. no clean sheets left after first night. not in the the main block we was in block c so was a 10 min walk to get meals. indoor pool where never saw this. entertainment is rubbish never started till 9.30pm for children only decent person was Fatma she was excellent with the children. main entertainment finished at 11pm then you could not walk round the pool was told to hurry past. paid for WIFI as this was only in the main lobby not all the blocks. this did not work was just told its off paid for 7 days if it worked for a couple of hours a day you was lucky. block c glass smashed near the lifts to the pool. very dangerous. pool area was very slippery friend fell and broke elbow no signs to advise this. no life guard children can just walk out straight into the pool. nothing near by for kids only the beach could go on and on just want to forget i ever stayed here

Some reviews are harsh but overall it’s ok at best. So I’ll leave my thoughts. Hotel has 3 blocks AB and C. Hotel food pool beach all in hotel A so if you get put there great. Hotel b just next door so not to bad unfortunately I was hotel c which quarter of a mile up the road go past two busy roads not ideal with little kids. They is WiFi in lobby only which is dreadful best to eat out and connect to free WiFi. You can pay for WiFi at 22 euros I did not but same guest did and was moaning it wouldn’t load too slow so save your money. Rooms are basic air con in the room really good rooms good enough to sleep no complaints at all. All inclusive bar is ok beer is ok they only do vodka and gin on spirts nothing else. Usually fizzy drinks ok and water and tea coffee help yourself all good. Food is ok good selection of fruit and cakes but hot stuff well it is not hot at all always cold I didn’t enjoy it food at pool bar is better chicken wings are lovely . I ate out and it’s cheap about 10 quid for a meal and few drinks lovely fresh food. Supermarket in hotel don’t buy from there it’s overpriced they is a SOK supermarket just up the road and it’s so cheap ridiculous what you can get for the price of 5 pound. Pool is big enough for a dip and swim the kids loved it they is a slide. It’s not staffed which I thought was dangerous. Kids climbing from the bottom while people coming down accident waiting to happen. And one family think it’s acceptable to go down 6 off them on one lilo. Surprised the slide didn’t snap with 5 adults and one child on like I said accident waiting to happen. Unfortunately when I went there families from hell like they brought the council estate on holiday. I witnessed two fights there fist fights all over petty stuff shouting and arguing all day. Staff didn’t know what to do said they would call police but did not they should have been asked to leave the hotel. In front of kids as well disgusting behavior all Brits as well. Then unfortunately at dinner on a different day another fight this time between Brit’s and Russians all over a game of pool again ridiculous. So My review is hotel and food for price is ok it does its job. If you want council estate entertainment this is the place for you. I would go back to the area but not this hotel. Some guests should feel ashamed of themself embarrassing.

Отличный отель для своих 4 звезд. Очень приятный, доброжелательный персонал. Отдельная благодарность барменам и конечно команде аниматоров, замечательные, веселые, гостеприимные ребята🫶🫶🫶. Еда разная, рыба, мясо, овощи, фрукты, десерты, все есть. Также есть снек-бар у бассейна, где можно взять закуски, бар с напитками. В общем голодными не останетесь😊. Уборка тоже из 10 дней была каждый день. Не понимаю людей, которые пишут плохие отзывы про этот отель. Единственное, что немного омрачило отдых, так это некоторые отдыхающие, но увы, быдло есть везде и каким бы прекрасным не был отель, от таких туристов никто не застрахован.
