the food is very bad

Отдыхали тут с семьей и с детьми. Все очень понравилось. Хорошее расположение отеля,рядом магазины,есть куда сходить вечером. Для детей хорошая анимация,есть мини клуб. Днем очень хорошая анимация,есть водное поло,дартс,акваэробика. Спасибо аниматору Лере за хорошую компанию и что всегда поднимала нам настроение.

If you are looking for a British themed hotel , avoid this hotel, kids club is non exsistent, the entertainment is very poor, same kids club songs from 9pm to 10pm every night, the food wasn't very great either, no ice cream for kids and 35 degree heat, you can buy ice cream, only do cocktails at certain times of the day, one bar for drinks, some of the barman are nice lads and a good laugh, if you are looking for kids entertainment and holiday entertainment and a fry up avoid , my opinion not a 5 star hotel

Don't listen to the bad reviews! This is a honest real review, im so glad that i didn't let the negative reviews put me off coming here! Honestly we had such a good week, the hotel was clean the cleaners came in the room every day gave a new toilet roll a 2L bottle of water and nearly every day changed our bedding (we do have a toddler who makes mess while eating so it did need changing) I was very happy with this i've never had cleaners in as much anywhere else. I was so worried about the food as my partner and son are extremely fussy even in the Uk, but honestly we enjoyed the food! Talking to other guests too who enjoyed the food. The snack bar is great behind the pool they do fresh tasty burgers chicken wings nuggets, 1 of the days they made delicious fresh pizza in the pizza oven. On an evening the out door terrace does grilled meat and fish which is also very nice, one of the evenings was a turkish evening where it's authentic turkish food where they was making fresh naan breads. We are a fussy family and honestly never went hungry, my partner is the first to complain and he was happy with it. Some of these reviews are very far fetched. The cocktails aren't the strongest but do the job, there is also a pastry bar inside the hotel which was lovely my son had a waffle stick and nutella and lots of biscuits and sweet treats. The beach bar also offers free drinks which we thought was good, only small soft drinks but really nice touch when down at the beach. When we first arrived at the hotel we was offered a £70 upgrade of the room, which overlooked the pool & sea. It was a really nice view but wasn't expecting to be greates with this straight away. The other views are mountain view rooms. The reviews are right about having to out towels out very early or not getting a sun bed. One grumble would be that the water slide did not having water running down it so we was unable to use it. The children's pool could do with a little clean but my son loved it. The biggest tip, on the day of arrival / next day you have a meeting with the hotel rep who push you to buy excursions. We was naive and booked 3 with him not realising how much he was ripping us off, we got chatting to other people and soon realised. If you go out of the main entrance of the hotel and turn right the first shop / hut you see is a lovely man also doing excursions he booked us onto the same 3 but it was half the price!! Totally recommend he is a lovely man and has so many for you to choose from. We was lucky we found out and got our money back. Really recommend the jeep safari absolutely amazing! we loved it, full day out visiting natural water falls having massive water fights and even went in a cave. Also really recommend the pirate boat party. Honestly ignore the bad feed back most i've read really isn't true or someone trying to nitpick. Hi guys the hotel 1. Mould in the bathrooms and sink dirty Fan not working but making loads of noise Toiletries was three hair shampoos No room service and cleaning done Alcohol taste like perfume Food not good at all Loads of noise in the evening the staff don’t do nothing Never able to sit by the pool and having to go to the beach which you have to cross a bridge over moving cars. Loads of people complaining it’s not 5 star The food is horrible Turkey and told to use bolognaise sauce for gravy The live holiday rep didn’t take my complaint so watch out booking with them I complained and nothing came from it at love holiday

The room was great although we were on the first floor we were happy as we had a fairly nice view and we are not too fussy. The food was good and had a good variety especially at lunch and dinner time, breakfast not so much. The pool was brilliant and the cocktail bar was good although the tiny plastic cups were a bit of a let down and the fact that we couldn’t have cocktails all day as they stopped them when the restaurant was open but it did the job. The reception were helpful we had an issue with our shower and it was fixed immediately, also the staff were great ARDA was great to chat and banter with. The amusement team was the best part of the hotel loads of activities and being welcomed it felt great I got to know one of the guys called CAN i got on really well with him and had some great banter throughout our stay we are still in touch now! All in all a good trip and would recommend for a cheaper holiday
