Очень рекомендую отель Maison Soleil! Останавливались в этом отеле на 10 дней, в номере Cinnamon на первом этаже. В номере есть все необходимое, кондиционер, вентилятор, тёплый душ. Есть также кухня и веранда с большим столом. В пешей доступности прекрасные пляжи Anse Soleil и Petite Anse (правда, дорога с пляжей идёт в горку). Недалеко (минут 15 пешком) есть несколько продуктовых магазинов и кафе Maria’s Rock Cafe. То есть даже если вы без машины, голодными не остаться. Но главное преимущество этого отеля -это его хозяин Mr. Andrew Gee и его помощник.Они решали буквально все наши проблемы, всегда очень отзывчивые и радушные. Mr. Andrew прекрасно знает Сейшелы и может подсказать любую информацию об этих местах. Мы получили огромное удовольствие от отдыха и во многом благодаря гостеприимности мистера Andrew, за что огромное ему спасибо!

We've been to Maison Soleil several times and are always very happy with our stay. It was another wonderful time. The location is great, and the accommodation is always nice, with a lot of care and attention to detail. The atmosphere is very welcoming and cozy. Andrew and his team make sure that everything is perfect with their great service and friendly attitude. No matter what issue you might have in this paradise, they are always ready to help and find a solution. This place is always our first choice on this side of the island. It has everything we need to feel comfortable and take care of ourselves. What we especially like is the equipment: a nice outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen, air conditioning, and a fan for the hot days, plus a small garden with a barbecue – all surrounded by beautiful nature. The location is also amazing. Three beautiful beaches are just a 15-minute walk away, which makes the stay even better. For those who find walking difficult or want to explore more, we recommend having a car. The website answers all your questions. Big thanks to the whole team for their great service.

Wir waren hier für 5 Tage und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Da in unserer gebuchten Unterkunft der Cinnamon Suite die Toilette repariert wurde, bekamen wir ohne jeglichen Aufpreis die große Vanillasuite angeboten und durften in dieser die ganze Zeit wohnen. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit dem Blick für kleine Details. Selbst ein schöner Blumenstrauß stand auf dem Tisch. Der Vermieter Andrew ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bei Ankunft hatte er für uns eine Erstaustattung fürs Frühstück im Kühlschrank. Das war sehr schön, da wir dann nicht noch einkaufen mussten. Bei Buchung über Explorer war zwar gesagt worden, daß wir vor Ort ein Frühstück zubuchen können. Das war jedoch nicht der Fall. Das war für uns jetzt nicht weiter schlimm, aber vielleicht sollte man das vorher wissen. Auch wurde in den 5 Tagen unser Zimmer nur einmal gereinigt und nicht täglich, wie in mehreren Rezensionen und auch bei Booking com vorher gelesen. Auch das fanden wir nicht weiter tragisch. Dafür bekamen wir zwischendurch immer mal wieder frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem heimischen Garten, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Ausserdem stand uns kostenlos gefiltertes Wasser zur Verfügung. Auch eine Waschmaschine mit Waschpulver war vorhanden und konnte von uns genutzt werden. Wenn wir ein Problem hatten, kümmerte sich Andrew mit seinen Mitarbeitern prompt darum. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder wohnen.

nous sommes revenus ce 8 novembre 2012 la tête pleine de magnifiques images et une sensation de bien-être bien agréable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil qui nous a été réservé, le sourire ainsi que les soins apportés, la discrétion du nettoyage journalier. J'ai adoré le côté "cosy" de notre appartement, la suite "Vanilla", la décoration lui donnait un style authentique, les deux fauteuils sur la terrasse nous ont permis de nous reposer comme jamais. Il faut louer une voiture car la descente aux plages "Anse Soleil" et "Anse Gouvernement" est bien facile mais la remontée est très "sportive", la pente des routes est raide et elles font un bon kilomètre si pas plus ! Nos fils nous ont rejoints 9 jours après notre arrivée et ils furent ravis d'avoir leur coin à eux au rez-de-chaussée, nous avons pû ainsi découvrir la suite "Jasmine" avec son accès au jardin remplis de magnifiques fleurs ! S'il ne vous faut pas absolument la plage à deux pas de la maison, cette maison est celle que vous pouvez choisir. Encore un grand merci à Andrew et toute son équipe. Karine

I'm grateful to TripAdvisor for allowing me to find this great accommodation. I stayed at Maison Soleil for two weeks as I wanted to discover as much as I could about Mahe. Somebody might think I was crazy to stay for two weeks on Mahe but I loved it. I didn't go on any other island as I will be returning to the Seychelles in March to spend three weeks on La Digue, and I will have plenty of time to visit Praslin and all the other little islands. I chose this place as it was affordable, clean and had all the comforts one might need, I didn't care at all about the fact that it was not right on the beach because I was out on excursions every day. I even got lucky with the weather, so if it was raining in the south I would chase the sun in the north of the island. Nearby the guest house there is the beautiful Anse Soleil which is reachable by a short fifteen minute walk. I loved it but the fact that it was always packed with people put me off so I would always go to another beach each day. I arranged through Andrew, the owner, a Creole dinner and it was just fantastic. Andrew is a very nice person, very helpful but never intruding. I also bought some beautiful paintings on silk at his gallery and now they are nicely framed and hanging proudly in my house. This accommodation for me was excellent as my goal was to spend my budget on the excursions rather than a five star hotel. For curiosity just look at what the Four Seasons charges for the night and they are just around the corner. I've been there one day and didn't find the employees to be very nice to the outsiders. They would just tolerate them. The guesthouse also provides you with free internet access but you have to get kind of close to the router as the connection in the room was kind of weak. But, hey we are still in Africa so I can live with that. So to sum it up, if you are looking for luxury and lavish accommodation, this might not be the place for you.

Die Vanilla Suite im ersten Stock des Maison Soleil ist hell und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad ist wie die übrige Suite geräumig und mit Badetüchern ausgestattet. In der Küche findet man alles was man zum kochen braucht und ist in gutem Zustand. Es gibt auch einen Wasserkocher und einen Toaster. Als Starterpack hat uns die Crew Butter, Toast, Konfitüre, Milch, Instant Kaffee und Orangensaft bereitgestellt. Auf der kleinen überdachten Terasse kann man in der Morgen- und Abenddämmerung verschiedene Vogelarten und Flughunde beobachten. Jeden Tag wird das Zimmer von Christina sauber gemacht und überall mit roten Ibiskusblüten dekoriert. Sie gibt gerne Auskunft über Land und Leute und ist behilflich falls man etwas braucht oder sucht. Andrew hat uns am ersten Tag herzlich in Empfang genommen und uns über die nähere Umgebung informiert. In unmittelbarer Nähe ist der wunderschöne Anse Soleil und im Süden sind die Träumstrände Takamaka, Petit Police und Anse Intendance, die etwa 30 Minuten entfernt mit dem Mietauto (oder Bus) zu erreichen sind. Wir haben die ganze Insel erkundigt und fanden die Strände im Süden die weitaus schönsten von allen. Für den Einkauf gibt es überall kleinere und grössere Shops mit allem was man braucht. Empfehlenswert sind die Take Aways, bei denen für 50 Rupien leckere Fisch- und Chicken Curries mit Reis verkauft werden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Maison Soleil sehr genossen und können diese Unterkunft bestens weiterempfehlen.
