Super séjour. Personnel agréable et disponible pour nous orienter et nous aider . Un super séjour passer en famille . L equipe animation est super surtout Nido ( coucou ) Salah est un très bon guide . Merci encore et ça sera avec plaisir de revenir vous voir. Chouchou

1ere fois dans cet hôtel et c est le top du top . Tout est parfait. Rien a dire. Une mention spéciale à mido qui anime les soirées avec brio et gentillesse. Animateur au top et aux petits soins pour ses clients . Beaucoup de fous rires , ça fait du bien. Hôtel a recommander

This is picking up where I left off on my review posted yesterday 20th February 2025. (today is the 21st February 2025 at 7.23am). As mentioned yesterday we had not eaten in more than 36hours and went for Dinner at 8pm. We where allowed in this time and went to our allocated table for Dinner only to find others sitting there. When asked by the restaurant team, they just shrugged and walked on. So the service is not as great as these review make out. It took them 40mins to find me a table to fit the four off us, whilst my family (2kids) just standing centre stage in the restaurant. They only did this as I had to kick off again and go to the senior management and the public relation officer. Coincidence can't keep occurring so frequently like this. The day before I was not allowed in and now they have not got space. Pure disgrace as it was my sons Birthday and they would not even allow us to book an El a cart meal as promised on the date of arrival. The Large pool Isn't was not ready again this morning. My room was not cleaned and towels not changed till 4pm in the day. Still no Coffee put in the room for 5 days now. All the amenities are not operating or working, they had no towels for the beach so had to use the room towels. The beach (advertised as private) is not, it is very dirty with loads of stray dogs and cats, cigarettes butts everywhere, plastic in the ocean and raw sewage going into the ocean right beside the beds - I will post photos off all of this. I am a season open water swimmer and it is not nice, my kids and I where in the water and pulled out banana skins etc.., there is no safe swim area separating the jet skis and speed boats from swimmers (Dangerous). The life Guards and Security (not always around) and the staff that run the boat and jet ski just throw their buts in the sand Infront of the guests. No one comes to the beach due to the dirt of it. it is not racked or cleaned like others I have been. Fishermen on the beach all the time as well. The indoor pool is warm which was nice, but it is very dirty and small - the water was all foggy and you cant see the bottom clearly. The ocean is cleaner. Anyone can just walk into the hotel from off the street. Not safe considering what has occurred here 14/13 years ago. Everything closes at 5pm in the hotel in terms of amenities like the pool, tennis courts, gym at 6pm but no entry after 5pm (if they decide you can have the rackets) etc.. They advertise excursions between the beach and pools (see photos). These are not great the quad ride is a slow circular rider around estates and farms - no sandy beaches or proper tracks. you are paying double the price for very poor ride experience. The camel ride is worse - animals do not look good and you are just circled around a path in a field. I have been on a proper camel ride in Egypt with a bedouin tribe. This camel ride is nothing of what is advertised. It is my second time here (13years ago), it will be my last. It is

Questo luogo è solo apparenza Nonostante i grandi saloni della reception in stile Hollywood ci si trova poi in una camera con equipaggiamento molto, molto vecchio bagno discutibile ma soprattutto un ristorante ridicolo forse il peggiore dell'intero tour Assolutamente da evitare.

Decevant. Ce n’est evidemment pas un 5 etoiles. Deco vieillotte et depassée. Du plastique, carrelage, moquette et faux cuir. Vu les tarifs du spa, je ne pouvais pas m’attendre à du grand luxe. Propreté douteuse, pas de serviette donné pour se couvrir lors du massage…En novembre c est version 4 eme age allemande.

Po latach podróży do Egiptu, w tym roku zmiana i wybór padł na Tunezję, a dokładnie Mahdia Palace. Mój pierwszy raz w Tunezji i o dziwo najlepsze wakacje do tej pory. Sam nie wiem co mnie tak urzekło, bo nic nadzwyczajnego mnie tam nie spotkało, a jednak jako całokształt ja i moja rodzina odebraliśmy bardzo pozytywnie aż chciałoby się złamać nasze zasady i pojechać tam drugi raz :) Ale do rzeczy. Z lotniska prawie 2 godziny do hotelu (chyba ostatni lub przedostatni przystanek) W hotelu żadnych problemów, pokój dostajemy przed godziną hotelową nie musimy czekać na bagażach. Pokój z widokiem na basen i częściowo na morze. Pokój bardzo duży, na 4 osobową rodzinę idealny. (2x większy niż w hotelach egipskich które odwiedziłem) Hotel duży, czysty, obsługa uśmiechnięta i pomocna. Zero natarczywości, chodzą z ofertami wycieczek i atrakcji ale sami nie podejdą chyba że ich zawołasz, za to bardzo duży plus. Jedzenie chyba takie jak wszędzie, codziennie to samo, i zmiana tylko dania głównego na obiad i kolacje. 2 restauracje ala carte w cenie wycieczki bez szału, kuchnia tunezyjska to to samo co na jadalni głównej w strefie lokalnej, kuchnia morska to również to samo co na jadalni głównej, czyli ryby i brak owoców morza, więc szkoda na to czasu chyba że ktoś lubi jak kolo niego skacze kelner. Wieczorami chyba codziennie muzyka na żywo + animacje dla dzieci. Basen całkiem duży i miejscami głęboki za co plus. Co ważne, nigdy nie brakło leżaka przed basenem, ale jak chciałeś mieć leżak w pierwszej lini od basenu to trzeba było sobie zrobić rezerwacje, ale nie jak wszędzie o 5 rano, tylko na spokojnie o 8 przed sniadankiem jeszcze były wolne tuż przy basenie, a jak nie to kilka metrów dalej można było zając leżak nawet w południe. Jeżeli chodzi o morze, to ciepłe i czyste, połowa wczasowiczów szła nad morze, więc może dlatego nie było walki o leżaki przy basenie. Na plaży był nawet ochroniarz z gwizdkiem który odganiał sprzedawców wszelakiego badziewia. plażą można przejśc nawet do miasta ok. 6 km. Wieczorem można też wyjść przed hotel gdzie są sklepiki i porobić zakupy, albo jechać taksówką do Mahdii i tam spędzić miło wieczór - też polecam. Co d wycieczek to polecam 2 dni z Saharą - jazda quadami i jeepami po pustyni trasą paryż-dakar to świetne przeżycie, trochę drogo i męczące 2 dni, ale warto. Podsumowując można tam wypocząć jak rózwnież spędzić czas aktywnie poza hotelem co kto lubi, nie ma dyskotek, dla rodzin z dziećmi i starszych osób miejsce idealne. Jak już pisałem na początku, hotel niczym nas nie zaskoczy porównując do hoteli egipskich i ich standardów, ale lokalizacja, standard obiektu, obsługa, czystość sprawiła że to były nasze najlepsze wakacje w Afryce. W przyszłym roku też Tunezja, ale Djerba :)

Ich will keine Details schreiben, sonst wird es zu lang.Ich habe jedenfalls so einen Hotelaufenthalt noch nicht erlebt. Unfreundliche und absolut unerfahrene Bedienung im Restaurant. Bei einer berechtigten Beschwerde wird man von einem Mitarbeiter gefragt, ob man „zuviel getrunken“ hätte und das nach einem Glas Wein. Zimmer wirken runtergekommen, Teppiche verfleckt und alles etwas ungepflegt und unangenehm. Gegenüber in der Nacht Diskomusik bis drei Uhr nachts.

Pour un séjour en famille ce n'est pas la panacée, hôtel triste et hors d'âge, pas réellement prévu pour les personnes à mobilité réduite, nourriture bas de gamme et répétitive, boissons a base d'eau, service, a part de rare exception totalement inefficace, Les moquettes dans les couloirs sont hyper sales. De même pour les chambres non nettoyées, les lits sont faits de temps en temps. Pas de réapprovisionnement en produits d'hygiène ! une prise utilisable par chambre. Piscines bien, intérieur non pmr, plage bien! Bref! Dans l'ensemble le bateau coule ! Attention aux avis bidon qui donnent 5 sur 5 partout Le truc bien connu des personnels qui notent l'établissement.

Отдыхала в этом отеле 2 года назад, и он соответствовал Тунисской 4,5. В этот раз этому отелю я могу поставить 3, сервис, территория. А ресторану я поставлю 2 балла, не знала что можно испортить любое блюдо, что бы настолько плохо, честно сказать даже никогда так отвратительно не ела.

Voilà un hôtel au top. Accueil parfait, chambres confortables, prestations soignées et une restauration variée. Un point fort avec la possibilité de faire une thalasso. Un bémol la salle de restaurant très bruyante, mais il est possible de trouver une table en terrasse et il y a un restaurant plus intime. J'ai craqué pour l'animation thé et chicha organisée le soir. La sécurité est efficace et l'hôtel est très propre. Je reviendrai.
