Un hôtel qui offre un rapport qualité prix parmi les meilleurs actuellement en Tunisie, la plage de mahdia est magnifique parmi les meilleures plages où on peut se baigner même par mauvais temps. Point à améliorer la nourriture point de vue dégustatif. Personnel à l'écoute et Organisation très satisfaisante Propreté de la chambre impeccable j'ai séjournerdans la numéro 262 et finalement un massage relaxant très relaxant, Will be back inchalla.

Nous avons séjourné en famille pour un week end de 4 jours. Nous avons apprécié ce séjour. Les chambres sont spacieuses et nettoyées tous les jours. Grande piscine et plage privée très agréable. Le personnel de l’hôtel est très agréable, ils parlent tous français et son vraiment très accueillant. Merci à Salim et Atef pour leur sympathie durant notre séjour. Le seul bémol sur cet hôtel est la nourriture qui n’est pas variée et pas très bonne c’est dommage car tout le reste est très bien.

The hotel and services are perfect, the bar by the pools and the American bar in the hotel are great guys, helpful and smiling. The animator Ibrahim has a lot of energy with aqua aerobics, step aerobics, and the evening program, great guy and i will coming

Hotel it’s very good, the hotel has very interesting animation programs. There is alot food to pick from everyday. Infront of the hotel is a pretty beach. Good aqua gym with ibrahim. Sitting in the evening with music. Waiters are very willing and very dear.

Troisième fois où je vais en Tunisie, j’en repart Très déçu cette fois ci. Jour d’arrivé, au soir buffet vide on as manger vraiment ce qu’il rester. Jour du départ, pas le droit au repas du midi alors qu on partais à 16h ( sachant que la veille on nous avez dit que nous aurions pu manger quelque chose ), la communication entre le personnel est compliqué personne nous donne les mêmes informations. Demi pension, vous n’avez même pas droit à de l’eau la journée sauf le matin et soir. Prix au bar excessif. Propreté de la chambre reste à désiré ( moisissure dans les salles de bain, des fourmis ce balade dans la chambre, toilette ..) Personnel désagréable, buffet toujours la même choses pas de variété et encore quand vous arrivez pas et que la moitié des choses sont vide. Aucune animation le soir ; pas de soirée à thème … Thalasso, rien à voir avec les photos qu’on peut vous montrer … seul les massages sont correct. Pas grand chose à faire aux alentours de l’hôtel. Vraiment déçu de mon séjour dans cette hôtel et cette ville. Sousse et ses hôtels reste le meilleur endroit.

Before I begin my review of the hotel I would like to warn people of the Security Scam regarding Tunisian money at the Airport. If you take any money through Airport security with the intention of Spending it at the airport Duty Free, think again as it will be confiscated before you reach this point. I exchanged my Money at the Airport Exchange depot and one in Mahdia. When they confiscate your money before reaching the Airport duty free, you are asked if you have a receipt for the money. If your receipt does not have your Passport number or Name on the Money exchange receipt (both of mine did not) they will not accept them, hence the loss of £120. Be Warned!!! Now regarding the Mahdia Palace, I cannot believe any Western European would give this Hotel a 5* review for the Following reasons: You are treated like 2nd class citizens in the Hotel, that is a Fact, they cater more for Eastern Europeans and These people are offered All Inclusive at the resort while you are not. The Receptionist actually lied to our Faces when we requested an upgrade to AI and stated that the Hotel does not offer such a facility which is just not True. Secondly, this is the First 5 Star hotel we have ever stayed in that does not offer Tea or Coffee making facilities (as well as the Tea or Coffee) in the room. Thirdly, the main food Bar near the Pool and Beach is Shut for food which vastly reduces your Food options. Another issue to be aware of is that disco type music is played extremely loudly around the Pool area for most of the Day which is not to everyone's taste. The Hotel itself is lovely and the Rooms are of a good standard. The food is on a self serve basis and most of the days had good a variety of Starters, Mains and Desserts. All food and Drink is reasonably priced. There are plenty of Sun loungers available and you can set up in the Garden areas away from the Pool if you prefer peace and quiet. I would not personally recommend this hotel, but it is by no means a bad Hotel just not to our liking.

Vorab sei gesagt, dass wir eigentlich ganz zufrieden waren. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, gerade im sanitären Bereich besteht Renovierungsbedarf. Aber es ist alles sauber und auch bei den Mahlzeiten haben wir immer was gefunden. Anders sieht die Zufriedenheit mit dem "drumherum" aus. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir ohne nähere Erklärung in einer Sitzecke platziert und bekamen ein Anmeldeformular. Irgendwann wurde uns dann gesagt, dass wir in 3 Stunden die Zimmer beziehen können. Man hätte ja wenigstens ein Getränk reichen können oder erklären, wo man etwas zu essen oder trinken bekommt. Seltsam fanden wir auch, dass wir kein All-In buchen konnten (was eigentlich auch kein Problem ist), Horden von Osteuropäern aber sehr wohl. Nichts gegen die Menschen an sich, allerdings treffen so 2 Klientel aufeinander, die verschiedene Ansprüche an ihren Urlaub haben. Dazu passte auch die fast ganz tägliche musikalische Beschallung, der man sich kaum entziehen kann. Wer also ordentlich feiern möchte kann sich hier wohl fühlen. Für Ruhe und Entspannung und die Erwartung, dass sich Menschen am Buffet zivilisiert verhalten, ist es eher nichts. Zum krönenden Abschluss wurden wir bei der Abreise (als wir auf den Bus warteten) mehr als penetrant von 2 Angestellten bedrängt unsere Dinare in EUR zu wechseln.

The animation team is so fun and you can have a great time with the Shako team every night, the same is for the aquagym at the pool outside with Ibrahim. The food from the restaurant is good and you have plenty of options from where you can choose every night. The beach is always calm and well cleaned.
