I was very disappointed with the service and the behavior specifically the receptionist.
We booked for an all inclusive stay and when we got there we were told that it was “well know hotel policy” that the all inclusive option doesn’t include alcohol if you booked for less than 3 nights… we checked other websites for the same hotel and the actually differentiate between all-in and all-in soft for less than three nights
Trip.com offered us “15€ compensation” as if it was enough 🤷🏻♀️
The beach was amazing and we decided to give it a chance and a third night, change to a cleaner room and get our all-in bracelets but after paying they told us that, as it was a “different booking” it still doesn’t apply to the “minimum 3 night rule” for alcohol 🤯
Food was okay, beach was amazing but the I still wouldn’t recommend it because of their behavior, how they talked to us, the lack of information and honesty and ofc the cleanliness
