I had booked a room for my employee who was accompanying my family. I had booked a room with breakfast. No breakfast was served on both days. Reason given was that the hotel staff makes their own food and there is no kitchen. No service, like room cleaning was provided. My employee was staying alone, so he could manage, but i will definitely not recommend this place.

Service is satisfactory but no facilities at all, you can get a better room in the same fare and in a good area. Very bad experience

Stay in hira palace was terrible. Room was stinky. No tv set available. Wifi provided was with poor connectivity. Gazer was not working. Spent money invain.

No tv, not provision of hot water, bed is not comfortable, no parking place, actual photo and room is to different. And cost of stay is too high.

Following issue faced in the hotel 1)no cleaning during monsoon. Leakage from the terrace. 2)wet floors and wet stairs which make it unsafe to walk. 3)bad odur in room, bedsheets. 4)water lodging in balcony. 5)no toilet seat cover, flush not working. 6) broken terrace in room and toilets. It was a terrible expirence and i would like to suggest everyone not to book this hotel at any cost. Very terrible expirence.
