We added breakfast in our room booking on extra charges. However the hotel considered it as complimentary breakfast and non-veg food was restricted. Very disappointed as we had already paid our breakfast charges in advance for both veg and non veg.

The service was so bad. And the towels which they were giving were so much bad that there was a barn smell coming from it

Provided with the rooms there was no other proper facilities given for spending time also the cleanliness was not the best, average to be honest, no proper hospitality and only basic toiletry was given

Hospitality is very poor. No tea arrangement in hotel. Bathroom tap in bad condition continuous waler leakages making noise in whole night. No warm water.

All room are non ac and duplex so 4 people can easily fit. But all have only wall mounted fans. No good view from hotel. We stayed on 27 th may 2024

Nice clean rooms. Canteen is also ok type comparing outside food quality. Ac working properly, clean bathroom, proper matress with blanket and good room service. Everything was good overall and it's definitely a value for money deal. Would like to give 4. 5 rating
