Issued poor room i have Video of room, Entrance in broken condition, A/c not working, Fan has sound can't sleep, Tv also not working , My room no. 122. They have good room empty in my catagory, After requesting them & given call to Make my trip, customer care than they replaced my room. Very bad experience. Not enjoying for full 1 day.

Good food was there...
But regarding stay i was booked super deluxe cottage..but for i was disappointed with that because tv was not working.. then there was Lizard in bathroom and room...many insects was there in room..after complening tv was started but still lizard and insects was there in room..so we can't sleep properly at night

The best location nearest to the market and Ambiance is very well maintained...Pure Veg. food is awesome. The swimming pool is nicely maintained....
The staff and Rooms are in very good condition. Greenery is superb.

I have been staying at this property quite a few times now and always find it extremely good. The location is perfect with close proximity to the market which is a happening area of Mahabaleshwar. The food is delicious with lot of variety in breakfast. For lunch or dinner, you have ala carte menu which is really extensive. The staff is very supportive and courteous. The rooms are clean and hygienic.

Experience was good, food is good, stay at hotel is good, facilities average need improvement. Need child playing and sports room needs improvement. Overall good Experience

Average stay superior, good good quality food, but the deluxe cottage was not at all good what they have shown is totally different on Field. Hot water was not coming. The rooms were like about hundred years back staff. Quarters turned into your rooms, very very old rooms, but the food was excellent. Property area is nice. If if you want, if anybody wants to take rooms, they should not take deluxe room here, not at all worth the money.

Food is good and staff is courteous.
Property is well maintained. They have over 100 rooms, 2 banquet halls, 2 restaurants and swimming pool and spa.. Spa service is very good and professional
