The hotel is in the prime location of the market. very clean and courteous staff. all services were given promptly. There are clean amenities. Excellent hotel to stay in.
did not try their meals, but there is a restaurant of their own outside which has excellent food. and snacks.
overall great experience..

Property is very good, located in main market , very near from bus stand. Staff is polite, helpful. I gave 4 star only because of no ventilation in room, only ac's ventilation is there but at least 1 window should be there, and second hot water not available 24 hr only 7am to 10am, bed and pillows slight rough but overall good.
Otherwise overall room, cleaning, furniture all good according to charges.
I like the nature of all staff ,staff is very good and polite.
I recommend this hotel for all 😊.

POONAM HOTEL is Good for Families. The Cleanliness is Top-Class, and The Staff is Well-mannered..The Breakfast was Good.
Only issue was The Very Smooth Granite Flooring of Their Bathroom, which made me fall during bath..It should be Skid-Resistant!..Also The AC was not upto the mark...But All-in-all, a Good Stay.

Very good .. rooms cleanliness is also good..! Just one thing...! Their is timing for hot water..! Just 7-10...!! Atlest time should be extended becoz we r their for holidays.... and heting up eearly for water..! And ***** with kids is hard..! Thankyou

we stayed in the hotel poonam from 22nd to 23rd march 2025.the rooms were clean and the staff were really helpful. we were family of 6 people with children and the staff went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant one. The Rooms were also decent enough with required amenities .Thank you guys

It was a pleasant stay at hotel Poonam. Location- 5/5, Food - 19th March was Rang panchami in Mahabaleshwar so there restaurant was closed but we had breakfast next morning which was awesome so 5/5, amenities - 4/5, services - 3/5 few of the housekeeping staff need to maintain decorum while they interact to a lady. Special shoutout to Ummer at the reception he was very kind and helpful.

Very comfortable stay & delicious breakfast. Located in the market itself, making easy to buy & purchase items. The pick & drop for tours & travel is at also 3-5 mins of walking distance
