Our experience in this hotel is an average. Hotel staff or security guards on night duty are not professional and they were making noice of their mobile phones by louder music and jokes, also they chat with each other loudly. Also staff nicked rooms door without any reasons. So, overall they were distrubing guest at almost midnight. About parking:
no covered car parking. Guest has to park their car on the road next to the hotel.

Location - perfect, very accessible to the market. Food - good quality at a high price. Amenities - common compared with other hotels
services - not that good. Nobody will check with you about what you need unless you demand owner - found to be very arrogant and unsupportive. Hotel isn't bothered about customer service as there is always rush.

Very pleasant stay, room is very neat and clean, perfect lighting in the room. Most importantly washroom is hygienic and super clean. This hotel is in proximity to market, hardly 2mins walking

Our stay at Hotel Poonam in Mahabaleshwar was extremely disappointing. The ambiance was dull, and there was no view or balcony, making the experience feel cramped and unappealing. The reception staff was arrogant and completely unhelpful, adding to our frustration. The support staff overall lacked basic hospitality. To top it off, the food was subpar, and the prices were far too high for what the hotel offered. Absolutely not worth the money – I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very bad experience. Hotel staff was rude and there were was no cooperation from the senior management. Despite having senior people (04 of them) they denied arranging proper beddings / they were made to sleep on floor over a mattress. Providing basic amenities such as towels, shoe bags, slippers, shampoo were missing and on asking they were rude. I was told to sit at reception whole night saying : jo karna hai kaur lo. Very unsafe / and very indiscipline d staff. I would never recommend to anybody.
