Rimondi Grand Resort & Spa

I have stayed for a week at the Rimondi Grand Resort & Spa Rethymno Crete. I have stayed here once before and it is still 5*. My room was well equipped and clean. I booked a day to have my room cleaned and it was done just as I asked. The food is plentiful with various meats, vegetables, pastas, and many varieties of salads. There are soft drinks, beer and wine if you wish. The grounds are large as are the pools. The area is kept very clean. I mainly went to the main bar opposite the restaurant area and there Constantina serves a variety of alcoholic beverages, she is on her own but you never have to wait long she is very efficient, so 5* to her. The same goes for the reception staff and restaurant staff. Nothing is too much trouble. If you can't stretch to hiring a car for the whole duration of your stay, the hotel runs a minibus service to the city many times a day. I recommend this hotel for its friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a room with a stunning view.

Rimondi was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The reception staff was very friendly and welcoming, making check-in quick and easy. My room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable king-sized bed, a modern bathroom with a rainfall shower, and a great view from the large windows&balcony. The infinity pool was a perfect place to relax, with cozy lounge chairs and refreshing cocktails. The hotel’s restaurant served delicious greek food, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety of fresh options. The location was convenient, close to the city but still peaceful. Housekeeping did a great job keeping my room spotless, and every staff member I interacted with was helpful and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great stay at this resort. The all-inclusive food was delicious, with plenty of options for every meal. Our favourite was dinner. the bars had a good selection of drinks and coffee. The pools were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of loungers to relax. The resort also provided buses for a low cost to both the town and a private beach which was beautiful and not too crowded. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure everything ran smoothly. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and there was always something to do.
