Perfect locatiom, service and hotel

Très bon hôtel, le service est top mais seul point négatif pas de parking, ou quelques place qui sont disponible 20€ / jours …

Amazing service

Secteur très touristique mais avec un accès direct sur la plage. Idéal pour des vacances relax à profiter de la plage et de la piscine un cocktail à la main. Le personnel est aimable et les chambres propres.

Nice Hotel. Breakfast and Dining area spotless which is excellent. Great location. Nice friendly staff. View from breakfast level was AMAZING! My view from room was awful, I had end room so my balcony faced a wall and had some garbage from other guests thrown down into it. Cleared that up myself. Room size excellent! Really felt at home in my room. Bathroom had some cleanliness issues, saw many short curly light brown hairs on sink, shower floor, on shower gel and shower handle. But this didn’t ruin anything. For the room, the only thing I will say is it’s missing basic hotel room items like kettle tea/coffee making facilities. Body cream little bits like that in the bathroom. Apart from that it was a great stay and I would return!

Hotel reformado y en buen estado tanto habitaciones como el resto de instalaciones. A pesar de estar en una zona de Mallorca con mucho ambiente y ruido nocturno se encuentra alejado de esa zona y el descanso nocturno es perfecto. El acceso a la playa es perfecto para poder combinar playa/piscina. La restauración bien con variedad aunque en el caso de la carne es mejorable su calidad. Ausencia de animación tanto de día como de noche y bar nocturno sin funcionar lo que obliga a salir a tomar algo fuera del hotel. Aunque sea fuera de temporada que funcione el bar con un poco de musica ambiental ayudaría algo. Tema gimnasio no muy amplio pero suficiente lo que no me parece ADECUADO ES LA AUSENCIA DE TOALLAS DE GIMNASIO NI AGUA.

A nice stay here but deffo not a 4 star, staff was friendly and rooms basic , there’s a horrific perfumed smell in reception which instantly gave me a headache , I know that’s petty but it was so over powering and put me off straight away , breakfast was cold so didn’t eat there again , there’s a bar on the beach which was so good and cheap instead and a proper cuppa . But yeh parking was a pain , we didn’t know u had to book a space in the hotel as they have about 6 spaces so we eventually found a space an hour later in a car park 20 minutes away and had to get a taxi back with our luggage ! Pool was nice but people reserved beds in the morning which is annoying So yeh overall nice hotel but I stayed in a nicer and cheaper one 6 weeks ago in the same resort

The hotel is good but does not produce the value for money it charges. Some of the listed amenities you would not want to use, because it does not look appealing. For example, gym, pool, lobby etc. The hotel doe not have their own beach. Overall, this is a good location place with nice views and very good food for breakfast and dinner. The rooms are on a weak side: tired, small, unstable internet and simply lacking of a working space. I would not choose it for staycation. This is just for spending nights place and if so, then it is too expensive.

Left after the first night. Dining room was terrible for the size of the hotel. Hardly any choice so had a warm plate of chips. I haven’t been up that end of Magaluf for 6 years and to be honest the hill up to the hotel was a no go , it must be 80% incline, so dinner just topped it off.

A fantastic hotel in all aspects! Difficult to determine what aspects were best as everything was A1 and absolutely fabulous including: the food was of the very highest quality and presented in immaculate style, the hotel is spotlessly clean everywhere, has big airy well decorated rooms, comfy beds, excellent showers, the staff are hugely professional, very friendly and very efficient, the pool was thoroughly cleaned everyday, lovely fresh water, superb sunbeds and most people obeyed the rules about not reserving...thank goodness. The location is really good and the views from the rooms and pool were breath taking. We had a really lovely holiday in what is a top quality hotel with wonderful food at a very good price. I do not believe this hotel could be bettered in Majorca....that is how good it is!

Excellent highly recommend for a couple, amazing views, friendly staff going out of their way to ensure you have a wonderful experience. Cleanliness to a high standard in the rooms and restaurants/pool area. Very relaxing, quite and out of the way of the bustling town

Excelentes vistas y servicio muy cuidado. Muy limpio y mucha calidad en las comidas del buffet. Los horarios adecuados al público español lo cual se agradece. El jefe de bar de la piscina un encanto y super amable. Lo único que mejoraría sería el que el agua se sale de la ducha y con colocar un borde ligeramente elevado se solucionaría fácilmente.

O quarto era bom, com óptima vista, e limpeza boa. A insonorização não era muito boa, pois ouvia-se o que se passava nos quartos ao lado. A casa de banho tinha um problema na proteção do chuveiro, pois quando se tomava banho a agua molhava o chão da casa de banho e além disso não havia qualquer tipo de climatização. Apesar o que indiquei anteriormente, o Hotel, no seu todo considero-o como BOM.

hôtel excellent , rien à dire. buffet au top, personnel au top, hôtel magnifique et surtout très bien placé. ascenseur qui offre l’accès direct à la plage ça c’est un vrai + contrairement au commentaires je n’ai pas été dérangé par le bruit des boîtes de nuit. je recommande vraiment et j’y retournerai !
