Настолько там понравилось, что забронировал дополнительно. Сотрудники резорта очень любезно и без доплат перебронировали мой трансфер на другую дату. В ресторане вкусно, напитки в баре на любой вкус. Рекомендую.

酒店裝修時間長了點，有點陳舊，但是很乾凈，吃的現在還有些符合中國人胃口的菜呢。浮潛需要提前一天預約。

We found this resort really outstanding incl Room, surrounding, pool and of-course the overall service. Everything seems out of world. Check-in handling by Sameer and the night DJ by Bunty finished just now was excellent

Avevo letto molti commenti negativi e, lo ammetto, ero un po’ preoccupato prima di partire. In realtà, è stata una vacanza bellissima! La location è molto bella: l’isola non è grandissima, ma è verde, curata e davvero piacevole. Le spiagge e l’acqua sono spettacolari. In alcune zone c’erano parecchie alghe, ma non saprei dire se sia una situazione temporanea o abituale. Molte recensioni descrivono la struttura come decadente, ma noi non l’abbiamo trovata affatto così. Certo, in alcune aree comuni ci sarebbe bisogno di un po’ più di manutenzione – alcuni elementi in legno risultano rovinati – ma nulla che abbia compromesso la qualità della nostra vacanza. Il cibo era ottimo! La cucina è principalmente indiana, ma c’è una buona varietà che soddisfa tutti i gusti.

The resort island was lovely, staff were amazing and the buffet style food had plenty of choice across many cultures. I stayed in an over water villa and whilst the island itself is rated at 4.5 star the accommodation was closer to a 3 but of course with an amazing view and direct stair access to the water. The swing seats that often get shown are unbalanced on a lot of the terraces, mine included, not the end of the world but I didn't use it that often. Cleaning staff came almost every day offering to clean/top up drinking water. The AC had a musty smell but was quite effective at keeping the room cool, however the exterior unit made a loud noise which made me worry how the neighbours would hear it. A lot of the thatch roofing needs replacing, terrace/walkways decking is damaged/loose in some places. The room had cockroaches and ants but I was able to eventually get a spray bottle from reception and every day I would see a pest control man going along the walkway to the water villas. Wi-Fi is terrible. Every room has its own router which means signal is amazing but In the early hours of the morning (when no one else is using it) I could get around 40Mbps but at any point during the day/early evening you are lucky to get 3Mbps. The hotel TVs have a limited selection of downloaded movies and a few TV channels. If you have kids make sure to download any videos/games in advance to keep them entertained especially if it rains which it did on a few days in February.

Endroit merveilleux ! Organisation parfaite !

L’ile est magnifique avec une végétation luxuriante et le resort malgré le vieillissement est bien entretenue, calme et propice au repos. Nous étions du 12 au 26 janvier sur pilotis dans le bungalow 117, situé côté ouest, en parfait état, rénové et très bien entretenu durant notre séjour par Alamin souriant et toujours prêt à rendre service. Encore une fois merci Alamin pour ton sourire, ta gentillesse et ton service impeccable. La sortie directe dans la mer assez compliquée car absence de rampe et la dernière marche très haute. Le restaurant est parfait, les buffets variés sauf les entrées. Par contre nous aurions aimé aussi avoir des fruits exotiques aussi bien au petit déjeuner, déjeuner ou diner. La salade dite de « fruits exotiques » mais était composée en majorité de pommes et présente à tous les repas. Clientèle en grande partie chinoise, hindous au comportement souvent irrespectueux. Le service au bar très lent. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Dommage que lors de notre départ le réceptionniste ne nous a ni souhaité bon voyage, ni offert une petite bouteille d’eau et ne nous a pas fait patienter au bar, l’hydravion avait plus d’une heure de retard !

Nice place with cozy atmosphere, but a bit rundown The place is located on a nice and cozy Island and the atmosphere is also nice. Our reservation included an all incl package and the meals were served in a "dining hall" which was OK and cozy but a dining hall... We compensted by eating at the a la carte restaurant a couple of times where the food was also a bit better but the privacy was much better. We found the drinks included in the all inclusive package very basic and the very cheapest brands so we had to compenste to buy the dirinks we valued higher ofcause at a premium. If you are not so interested in higher quality drinks then the package is certainly worth it as the food protion was good. Service was good and we enjoyed our beach cabin whereas I might choose the cabins located offshore next time. The place is overall nice, but a bit run down and if I did not know better I might say it appears as if teh onwers is trying to squeeze the last cent out of the place. That being said we opted for a 3 star hotel and this is also what we got so no complaint there

Excellent room, great service beautiful view. We had stayed here for 7 nights in the water villa. The rooms, the service, the staff is impeccable however, they really need to do something about the food. Being a beach resort the hotel did not offer much variety in sea food. As we expected to be binging on prawns & calamari’s but to our surprise the sea food was rarely served at the buffet meals. The su chef Mr. Anu Kumar, Mr. Naresh at the reception and Hashim at the restaurant made out stay beautiful with their warm hospitality.

Our overall trip was a great trip..we had a very pleasant stay..Especially the travel agent Mr.Gaurav Saini has given his best from the start of the trip until the end.. Special thanks to Gaurav Saini for guiding us and being connected with us all the time when needed. Looking forward to more trips with Thrillophilia.

Overrated, rusty, slow service. We booked a water villa, The comfort level is so overrated it district meet our expectations. The shower water stopped in the middle of the shower for a good few minutes while I was covered with soap, I wanted to go the tub which was useless, I opened the tub and I got black muddy water, it felt like a horror movie ... The water villa is supposed to give access to beach, but stairs were super rusty and dangerous. The villa was not at all worth it. As we are there we wanted to enjoy the island nevertheless. So we extended on a beach villa instead. Unfortunately the cleanliness and the maintained was very low for the price we paid Dust and durt everywhere, will share picture. As soon as we changed the room, the house keeper came and said " hi, I cleaned your room" I am like, OK! So! It is basic thing that the resort can offer a clean room ( it felt like a very nonprofessional way demanding tips) We took full board to avoid the a la carte and have full meal, Lunch was so limited. They put omelet in the counter as a nonveg option show cooking. I asked if they have any meat grill or fish .. nop! The departure was early and at reception they told us breakfast starts at 5.15 We went 5 30 There was no options but fruits and breads.. no eggs no omelette. One more disappointment. Don't expect a good cup of coffee. At reception at all time 1 person only working with a queue.. service slow You end up spending time more there than by the beach. The whole experience was very disappointing. And the stay overrated The ratio quality /price is very high. Not recommended 😕

We had an amazing experience and we were very sad to leave the resort. The staff is incredible! They are always very helpful, smiling and professional. A big thank you to the all restaurant team for their service the food was always delicious. We stayed 9 nights and they cleaned out the room every single day and changed our towels and beach towels daily. Our house (171) was in a perfect spot to swim and tw water was beautiful. Overall we would highly recommend the resort the only advice is to improve the wifi (even though it's perfect to switch off completely so you don't have distractions). Once again big thank you to the whole staff!
