酒店整體很好，價格屬於比較低的，套間整體都很好，缺陷是離馬路太近晚上車輛噪音有點大。多訂了一晚酒店很愉快的給退了，服務很好

Stayed at 301 room for 2 days, the plumbing is stuck hence the washroom has unpleasant odors; there is room for improvement for washroom/ amenities (I.e. proper storage for shampoo/ body shampoo)

โรงแรมใหม่มากกก ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง นอนหลับสบายมากๆเลยค่ะ ส่วนอาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกล่วงหน้า มีอาหารจานหลัก และขนมปัง ผลไม้ ชา/กาแฟ นมสด และน้ำส้ม ให้ทุกเซ็ท อร่อย ปริมาณเยอะค่ะ ถ้าได้ไปเชียงใหม่อีกจะไปใช้บริการอีกแน่นอน

Inconvenience location. Not able to call any grab due to far location. Lift to room is not useful, you still need to take the stairs, carry luggage up to 3rd floor. Bathroom shower curtain mouldy, room floor was dusty, no slippers provided. We changed the room for 3 times, TV broken the first time, they downgraded us to no window room for a night, then change to the twin bed room. Feedback to them the moludly curtain and they managed to change a new one. It is a very affordable price so I guess these just balanced back for what I've experienced.
