Staff was interested in money through different means like booking over priced auto, telling higher prices for food. They were not responsive as well.

Very worst. I booked Sabari hotel and also pays only for that hotel, which looks like big hotel on the website. But alloted on very small and different hotel (Sri madurai hotel) which makes me more uncomfortable. Doesn't have a car parking there. Struggled to park my car safely.

Hotel did not change dirty uncleaned bedsheet ? Hotel name is Sree Madhura Residency and not what 'make my trip' is showing. Hotel provided dirty glasses and argued that they provide one towel and one bottle of mineral water in one room and refused to provide separate towels and separate bottles of mineral water. Staff was unfriendly ?

Location was good. Otherwise cleanliness was not good, there was a full of dust in AC and room smelled like it was closed for long time. Average stay I can say.

Well maintained, helpful service. One problem is with the name of the hotel, there are few other sabrarees named hotel too. In google map it became difficult to track in one go.

Board of Hotel is not mentioned as Sabarees residency so we walked one hour with luggage in crowed and no one pick up phone? he booked rooms as Sabarees residency and mentioned board sree madhura residency? Address is not proper and hotel facilities specially bathroom is very dirty. Not Suggesting for Tourists 😪
