Hotel Pearls

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone. The rooms were filthy, with dust and stains everywhere. The housekeeping was clearly not doing their job, as the bed linens didn’t seem fresh, and the bathroom was in an unhygienic condition. To make things worse, the staff was completely inattentive and unresponsive. Any request for cleaning or basic assistance was either ignored or delayed. It felt like they didn’t care about the guests at all. The worst part? Bed bugs/insects in the mattress at night! I woke up with bites and had an extremely uncomfortable sleep. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and good service, avoid this place at all costs.

Everything is good near to Railway station and periyar bus station but I saw a 3 to 4 cockroach in the room

The bar outside the hotel is not a good place for a family. The hotel is good for the bachelors only. Services are average. makemy trip charged 2400 for 1500

Good Accommodation and room service

Bathroom dirty, window curtains dirty and smelling badly. Old window A/C which is not used and working became house for cockroaches. bathroom taps and flush knobs not cleaned I hope for many years.
