Anusiya and Srinivasan were great at catering to our needs at the restaurant. Food was good. The ambience and cleanliness of the hotel is excellent.. A warm place to stay safe and comfortable while you are away from your home during your visit to Madurai.

The toilet is not in a good condition. It needs a serious maintenance. The Ac cooling is not proper. The room curtains r not running properly on the track. Pl get all the above repaired. Food of the restaurant * orchid is good. Staff is very helpful Room 409

Soumen and Siva impressed us a lot in the dining room. Emani rocks in the reception. Can't name all. Love the team over all. God bless 🙌 The complimentary breakfast was great as well. The room service guys did a good job. Overall thanking the administration for helping us relax well.
