Nous sommes juste allés à une soirée au restaurant. C'était très agréable avec un petit orchestre qui chantait. Le buffet était de qualité. Les plats étaient variés. Il y avait de nombreux desserts. Les serveurs étaient attentifs à nos besoins.

Excellent property with exceptionally helpful staff. Situated at the heart of the city. Mr Senthil - GM of the hotel is a smart and knowledgeable person. Very helpful. I strongly recommend one stay in the hotel to experience good service and very good food

Hotel: From the moment I entered the hotel, I was treated like royalty. Everything was taken care of for me and I just had to enter my well-prepared clean room and relax. The lobby atmosphere is very clean, friendly, welcoming, and has many artifacts to enjoy. The rooms were luxurious and modern from the large nicely pressurized shower, to the rest of the nice bathroom amenities. The bed was comfortable and clean. I also appreciated all the little details that they put into their service such as changing out the elevator rug twice a day ("good day" rug during the AM and the "good night" rug during the PM), the mini light on the outside of the room doors automatically turn on anytime the room is in use letting housekeeping know not to come in, and an easy-use chain lock in the door. Additionally, there are further amenities including the spa, outdoor pool, and garden area which are pleasant. They are also centrally located to the nearby attractions such as the Meenakshi temple, Thirumalai Nayakar Mahal, Keeladi excavation site, shopping streets, etc. as well as a short drive away from the airport. Restaurant: The restaurant breakfast was the best hotel breakfast out of any hotel I stayed in during my North/South India tour. In addition to hot coffee and tea, they have an entire section of South Indian breakfast dishes including idli, vada, sambar, chutneys, pongal, upma, and more. Another section includes continental options including cooked potatoes, chicken sausage, cereals, cut fruit, and more. Additionally, they will make omelettes and dosa on request all of which are absolutely delicious. Lunch and dinner are both buffet style while you can also ask for specific dishes of interest. I found their dosa to be exceptional and requested one often. The executive chef came around often to ensure everything was perfect and deserves a special shoutout since he went above and beyond during one of our dinners where he surprised us with a number of dishes he learned I wanted to try in India. Overall, this hotel/restaurant surpassed expectations and it absolutely outstanding!

A very well located hotel, away from the maddening crowds, yet near to the Meenakshi Ammnan temple. Had a comfortable stay and a very good sleep at the hotel. The staff, is extremely polite, courteous and helpful. Special mention of Ms. Bapetha and Mr. Raja who went out of the way to make us feel welcome with their warmth and sense of hospitality. The breakfast spread was sumptuous with both Indian and continental spreads. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Thank you Fortune Pandian, Madurai. Will surely be back here!
