I recently stayed at your property, and my experience was extremely disappointing. I would like to bring the following concerns to your attention: 1. Rat in the room: we couldn’t sleep the entire night due to a rat moving in the room. Despite requesting a room change in the morning, no action was taken to address this issue. 2. Non-functional lift: the lift malfunctioned twice during our stay, and we were stuck inside, which was distressing and unsafe. 3. Staircase safety: some staircases lack railings, posing a significant safety risk for both children and adults. 4. Non-functional telephone: the room telephone was not working, making it inconvenient to contact reception. 5. Basic amenities: even for essentials like water, towels, and soap, we had to visit the reception multiple times to request them. 6. Bathroom issues: the bathroom taps were leaking, adding to the discomfort. This experience was far below expectations, and it left us feeling that our money was completely wasted. Considering the severity of the issues and the inconvenience caused, we request a refund as compensation for our terrible experience. We hope to hear from you promptly regarding this matter.
