Location is very nice but all other things are very poor. Very old property instead if renovation name given as heritage property

Good place to stay for meenakshi temple it is walking distance and nearby there are many points you can explore

Lot of mosquitoes in the room, asked for mosquito repellent, not provided. Reception staff not responding to our calls or request. Only advantage is it's location.

Staff are very courteous. However rooms are very old fashioned and not up to the standards. Advantages of this hotel centrally located with short access to temple and railway station. Rates are very reasonable.

We had a bad experience we booked, room was available while the time of booking but when we reached there they asked who told you to book there is no room you cancel it prior to 3 days you have to book staff behaviour was very rude atlast they have given a room, room was terrific

I have enjoined my stay. Old hotel, but rooms are specious, washroom is big. Moderate cleanliness. Price wise not expensive. Prime location.

I stayed in an a/c double room. The rent is not low but the room is not clean and a bad oder was there all over the room. The bed spread was clumsy and dirty. Really it was a bad experience sorry to say this

I have few minutes. Positive: 100 year old iconic building. The receptionist (***) was rude and showed faces. ( checked-in around 8pm. Too much of mosquitoes. Door won't lock properly (107)
tv not not working. No information on the phone about internal communication. Winter- no blanket was issued.
