Bien placé proche de la gare des trains, chambre confortables cependant il manque, bouilloire, frigo et coffre, je ne comprends pas ces manquements pour un
hôtel de cette classe, choisir un chambre à l'arrière moins bruyante avec vue sur le temple, le buffet petit déjeuner est correct pris dans une salle confortable,
quelques cafards et moustiques deci-delà, je recommande tout de même l'établissement.

The hotel is located 10 minutes walk away from the famous Meenakshi temple. Rooms are small, but clean, average amenities. WiFi was elusive in our floor (3rd) and response from reception regarding the issue was not very helpful... Breakfast spread is mainly good south Indian fare...

Forse una volta era un bel albergo. Oggi non più. Sporco e con personale maleducato e poco professionale . Arrivati alle 4.30 pm ci accorgiamo che la nostra camera è piccolissima, chiediamo l'uppgrade per una camera migliore. Il cambio può farlo solo il manager che arriverà alle 6 pm. Aspettiamo... alle 7pm il manager non è arrivato. Aspettiamo e finalmente alle 10 pm riusciamo ad avere una camera decente. Sorpresa: lenzuola,coprimaterasso, e materasso sono lerci, chiediamo di cambiare almeno lenzuola e coprimaterasso. Due inservienti svogliati ed infastiditi dalla nostra richiesta provvedono al cambio per ben 4 volte. Ogni volta le lenzuola erano sempre più sporche. Per fortuna è intervenuto il manager che ringraziamo, ed alle 0.30 pm siamo riusciti a coricarci. I rumori della strada hanno impedito che dormissimo. Il peggior hotel visitato negli ultimi venti giorni.

Sábanas con manchas; pedí que las cambiaran, me dijeron que lo harían pero no lo hicieron. Lo peor fue el restaurante: pedimos la cena a las 20:00 horas, y pasadas las 21:00 aún no habían traído nada. Cuando vimos que sirvieron la comida a un matrimonio indio en la mesa de al lado que había llegado después que nosotros, volví a llamar al camarero, el cual vino y nos dijo que volviéramos a pedir. A unos occidentales en la mesa de al lado les pasó lo mismo.

It was a nice comfortable experience. The rooms are neat clean and spacious Service is good. Food is good but felt it was expensive. It is close to the temple. The room service was very good. Staff are helpful and respond quickly to any requirements

Good hotel, room was very auspicious, food was very tasty, washrooms are very clean and maintained, i will book again whenever i come madurai in future and will recommend to my friends also.
