Location: Near Metro going to airport and train station for regional trains but it is still at least 30mins from city centre. A lot of construction going outside the hotel so it looks a bit dirty. Not much food choices in the area. Room: Complementary water is given daily. No coffeemaker/kettle or free cofee/sachet in the room. I was reprimanded when I tried to use the mug to get hot water from the restaurant and told to ask a flimsy paper cup for the hot water. Wall is paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING! It seems most of the occupants are locals so you can hear their talking from their rooms. If you are sensitive to noise, better avoid. Cost: Booked a triple room but the third bed seemed to have just been added without a proper headboard on it's own but the price is almost double. Free breakfast should have been free for that price. Weighing scale requires €1 per use.

Located close to the metro so it was easy to explore. Plenty of shared bathrooms which was good too. The room was basic, decor made it look fresh but was quite dirty, there was very weak AC so got warm quickly if moving around in room, tried to connect to the WiFi but the router displayed on the poster in room didn't exist so used up all my data hot spotting my laptop.

The hotel is very close to the metro system, which makes it convenient for getting around the city. The design is truly interesting – each floor has a different style, which makes the hotel unique and fun to explore. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Breakfast is decent with a good selection. However, due to the focus on design, some comfort and functionality are a bit sacrificed. We stayed on the 3rd floor, which is quite dark. The room itself felt small because of the large marble table and fixed bench that take up a lot of space and can’t be moved. The pillows are also quite unusual and could definitely be more comfortable. Overall, it’s a stylish and memorable place, especially for design lovers, but travelers looking for a more practical and cozy stay might find it less comfortable.

Aamiainen, pysäköinti Parking Nortessa ja sijainti olivat täydellisiä. Sänky ja tyynyt olivat kauheat. Siinä oli rikkinäiset jalat ja pyörät, joten se liikkui jatkuvasti ja piti paljon melua nukkuessani. Tyynyt olivat niin pehmeät, etteivät ne tukeneet päätäni lainkaan.

Received email to inform pass code to enter the room but not correct and cannot get into the room, later ask net bough hood to call them they changed the room and provided new code to get into the room. The room very nice clean , safe and have all you need , kitchen shampoo conditioner shower gel and moisturizer. We can walk to subway within 10minute. We will recommend.

For those who spend the last night before taking flight in the morning, the hotel could be a reasonable choice. Reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Nearby facilities, such as marts, restaurants, metro station are wonderful. The cleaness of the bed sheets, blankets and pillows would be questionable. Please don't hold your breath.

Modern and quiet aparthotel located in the heart of Madrid's financial district, featuring a fully equipped kitchen. However, communication with the hotel’s back-office help desk is unresponsive, with no replies to any information requests. The Internet call and provided contact number are both invalid, and the lack of an iron and ironing board makes it less suitable for business travelers.

The hotel is not far from the metro station, very accessible to go anyway. It's not in the city centre, but as mentioned very accessible. Breakfast is amazing, it has everything you could imagine, and also has special food that is kid friendly. The rooms are spacious, have water, tea, and coffee provided in the room. Really lovely stay.
