我是幫客户訂個人房間，我明明已經付費了。酒店前台系統沒查到。幸虧我有安排工作人員陪同客户入住，不然很影響我客户入住的感受，國際連鎖的酒店賬户系統出問題。很難理解

We spent New Year’s Eve at the JW Marriott Madrid and were absolutely delighted with our stay. The accommodations were spacious, and the hotel itself was spotless and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable, and we were also very pleased with the hotel's prime location. It’s conveniently close to key attractions, shopping, and dining options, and offers two excellent dining choices on-site. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return if I’m ever in Madrid again. After checking out of our original hotel and arriving at the trusted JW Marriott, our time in Madrid was instantly made more enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of counter space for your things.
