Responsive front desk, but airport shuttle service arrived just at the scheduled time when travellers were expected to arrive 10 minutes prior. Usually needed to take two buses to get to city centre

因在機家附近找家酒店睡，實在沒有太多選擇，但希望該酒店能夠提供食物上選擇。他們只有意粉及pizzas。 實在太少了

Se llega en autobús que está a 1 minuto del hotel. Después puedes coger el bus para el hotel unos 14 euros nos costó a las 4am unos 15 minutos

第二天MU710，馬德里回上海。酒店的巴士是可以網上提前預訂的，很方便。提前十分鐘到，司機都是準時開走，要預留放行李的時間。一位5歐適合一家三口，行李多。 酒店剛去給了726號房間，很臭。 後來下樓換了520號房間，沒有異味。床舒服，三人間是給孩子加個移動床。空間緊湊，一晚可以。 早餐也還可以。

Very eco friendly hotel, located near the airport, staff is very friendly and trying assist with any needs. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Grande chambre, assez calme. J ai eu une salle de bain PMR avec un fauteuil dans la douche qui prenait toute la place...bonne literie. Dommage pas de bouilloire ou cafetière dans la chambre.... très bon service payant de transport jusqu à l aéroport

I was advised that there is hotel coach, Hotel never informed that I have to book in advance, I was standing in cold weather on the road for 45 minutes and when bus did not come, I called hotel, they say you should have booked the coach and it is not free of charge and till 9.00 PM not available ( on that time was 6.45 PM) SO I have to spend Euro 29 to get a taxi to reach hotel. At hotel for next day coming from hotel to airport they charge me euro 5 for coach, IN past I have booked hotel through *********** and never had such bad experience to get charged Or not availability of the coach. I guess hotel or trip .com, should be fully responsible to reimburse me . At hotel there was no tea kettle available, when I asked to keep one suitecase in consignee room, hotel said you have to pay for it, It was horrible experience and never again I will like to go to this hotel

It was a good place to spend a night when getting in late to Madrid as it was close to the airport.
