The Madrid Edition arvostelua

隔音很差，徒有虛表，除了大堂不錯以外，其他都大失所望！

大堂不錯，位置很好，房間普通

This is a serious complaint about the restaurant Market of this hotel. I stayed here for three days this time, every time I sit there for more than 10mins just to wait for service. Others western tourists got served the water immediately. The waiter also did small talk with them, but me? Totally ignored by all the waiters! I have to call them, after I just ordered the sandwich then the waiter grabbed the menu from me! I have to chase him to ask for tea!

在歐洲旅遊老城裡能住到現代感與傳統結合的酒店算很開心了，雖然趕不上亞洲的艾迪遜但也是不錯的。早餐很棒，位置很棒，服務也很好。

作為淡季也要5000人民幣一晚的酒店，馬德里的edition從室內設計到客房配置都非常平庸，很小，庭院房毫無景觀，比起其它國家的edition要差很多，比如三亞的，倫敦的。服務上，門口接待人員態度很好，但前台經常衹有一個人，這個人要負責check in or out，負責安排存取行李，還要負責解決一些客人的臨時問題，導致效率很低，我去前台諮詢、處理事情總是排隊，甚至要等候十幾分鍾。

What an amazing stay we had at the Madrid Edition. It’s such a beautiful and well appointed hotel. Very friendly and professional staff. The rooms are spacious and have nice amenities. The hotel has an excellent lobby bar, a perfect cocktailbar and a club! We loved everything about it. We will definitely come back!!

位置很好，房間也乾淨，有一個露台可以出去透透氣，服務超好，真心推薦。

一如既往的艾迪遜風格，位置極佳。 房間內部相較於其他艾迪遜稍顯遜色。

This is the BEST Edition I've stayed ever, from the moment I got off the taxi, the staff was so attentive, from checking in to going to my room, everything was seamless. Every staff you meet in the hotel was friendly and welcoming. Facilities in the hotel is second to none and love the interior design in the hotel. Definitely will stay again

此次西班牙旅行最差酒店，大堂設計感十足，進去房間感覺連小縣城的快捷酒店都不如，裝修極其簡單，房間設施不足。最重要的是洗澡間密封條不緊，洗澡往外溢水。淌水到房間全是。服務員種族歧視，對白人殷情，對國人愛答不理，白人退房都有服務員拿行李服務，國人置之不理。住過好多國內以及別國的艾迪遜。馬德里艾迪遜一生黑。對艾迪遜以後避雷。
