La habitación bastante pequeña, pero para una noche es suficiente. En el baño si es más incómodo lo pequeño que es. La limpieza es algo escasa, eso sí. Pero la atención muy buena, para el check in el chico fue muy amable. Y la ubicación genial.

Man fühlt sich in einem Gefängnis und die Lage ist die Bronx, jedoch direkt Zentral. Für Leute die nichts von der Unterschicht verstehen, absolut Katastrophal !

Nightmare! Disgraceful! Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Costs I had an extremely disappointing stay at this property. Here are the major issues I faced: • No Communication: No one answered the phone or responded to messages on WhatsApp, even when I needed urgent assistance. • Terrible Check-In: We waited nearly two hours to check in because there was nobody at the property, and it was impossible to get in touch with anyone, • Room Issues: I booked a double bedroom but was given a twin room. Despite showing my booking confirmation, the hotel refused to acknowledge their mistake, we were waiting to change to the other room from day 1, finally the hotel ignored it, the pictures shown on the website is totally different, it is misleading and misrepresentation of the information from Trip.com. • Tiny Room: The room was so small, it felt like staying in a box—completely unacceptable for the price paid. • No Support: If you have any problems during your stay, don’t expect anyone to help. It’s a huge safety risk, especially in case of emergencies like a fire or accident. Overall, this was an extremely terrible experience, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this property. It’s not worth the stress or risk!

Very good staff!! And very lovely room! Located in nearby the shopping center and walkingable to everything!!

到了酒店門口根本就沒有接待人員，而且大門是緊鎖的根本進不去！給他們打了好幾次電話還被掛斷了好幾次，很糟糕的一次住宿！！！

La ubicación es perfecta, porque está al lado de la Gran Vía, en cuanto a las instalaciones las camas son muy incómodas, la ducha es pequeña y sin mampara, por lo que cuando te lavas el pelo sale todo el agua y mojas una toalla.

El sitio bien ya lo conocía quizás falto que las camas tengan mantas o edredones porque pase un poco de frío

Sinceramente está en condiciones algo pésimas y deterioradas, entran los malos olores de la calle....por lo demás,la cama es muy cómoda y para estar tranquilo está bien y además a veces es muy económico.

The online check in form was not in english version. It was very difficult to use the key which was provided by the hotel to open the door at main entrance. Water prevent door n the bathroom was broken in Room 201. It was smell from the bathroom. Nobody to change the bath towels and clean in our next booking day.

Check in takes time! Unclear instructions! Many customers was waiting outside this hostal, and no one tells them what to do. I can see it literally every day.

Al llegar, la aplicación no nos habia enviado el correo para hacer el check-in, por lo que tuvimos que llamar varias veces al hostal para que nos lo enviaran. Las llaves que nos dieron no abrian ninguna de las cerraduras, y si abrian, tardabamos 10 minutos en hacerlo. Además de llamar al hostal y decirme que vendrían a traer un técnico y no vino, por lo que tuve que llamar otra vez y sí que me lo trajeron. El mando de la tele no funciona.  la ventana no tiene cortinas, por lo que nos entra luz y nos despierta por la mañana. Positivo: ubicación perfecta, a 1 minuto de gran vía.

I’d accept remote concierge for check-in but it took ages for a non-Spanish speaking traveler to figure out the right number. The main door of the property is worn just like the one of the bedroom - yea what exactly this price could offer you is a bedroom. Poor ventilation anyway thank god I’m visiting Madrid during the short-lived rain season. Unless you are really seeking for a so-called private single bed it’s better for you booking a shared dormitory somewhere near to it.

Overall it fits my budget and location is great. Although a little bit noisy if someone walk into the room. Little hard to find and check in is remote, it could be better if the check in process can be prior to arrival so you don't have to wait outside or inside the building.
