Clean and cozy hotel. Front desk staff are friendly and greet guest, but other staff like domestics don’t. They allowed us 1hour early check-in which is really appreciated coming from a stressful flight. Location is great as it is 2-3mins walk to Sol (city centre) lots of restaurants and shops around. Breakfast buffet selections are little bit lacklustre. We enjoyed the jamon (spanish ham) but apart from that wasn’t special. Could have put the juice/coffee machine out for buffet instead of ordering every-time from the staff. We asked the staff if it was possible to extend our stay and get a discount but unfortunately, the price went up than to go down. We would like to use this hotel again in the future if the price is not as expensive as they offered us for our extended stay.

酒店就在老城區，位置很方便，去景點基本步行可達，附近吃飯超市都方便。房間比較小，但很有特色，有個非常西班牙的陽台。前台很和善熱情。

Excellent hotel in an excellent location, close to all the city has to offer. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and reasonably sized not cramped at all. Good selection at breakfast. All in all would stay here again a very enjoyable stay in a good hotel and city.

The room was comfortable and the bathroom was fine. Plenty of restaurants close by as well. There may be noise at night, but earplugs will help with that. Staff were friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

It was very comfortable, clean beds, clean bathtub, the staff at the reception desk were friendly and helpful. I felt that the location was good and the surrounding area was safe.

Nous connaissions déjà Madrid et avons souhaité y retourner pour quelques jours. L’hôtel est idéalement situé , calme pour un centre ville, Chambre moderne spacieuse , petit déjeuner copieux et produits frais . Personnel aimable et attentif .

Comfortable rooms with space. Bathroom was nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent location to get to everything. We will actually be back next week to stay again.

Place is a dump. Ripped off for $2K.. Stayed one night out of 5.. No water / No aircon /No TV reception A view of a full Skip bin out of window. Room only big enough for one person We chacked out after one night of a 5 night booking Even the Staff thought it was a rip off fo $400 AUD a night ********** to blame as well.. Soho Boutique and ********** blame each other for no refund. They would have rebooked and doubled their money. Thieves should be sued,,

Een opsomming van de positieve punten, in willekeurige volgorde: de centrale ligging, een uitgebreid en verzorgd ontbijt, vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers, heel nette kamer en badkamer. Meer kan je van een stadshotel niet wensen!

Muy lindo hotel!!! Habitaciones amplias y modernas, camas súper confortables, baño perfecto. Muy buen desayuno. Además a metros de la Gran Vía! El personal muy atento tambien.Superó mis expectativas, volveré sin dudas porque además la relación precio calidad es muy buena

Hotel piccolo in zona centralissima comodo a gran via , palazzo reale e piazza di Spagna . Accetta pet e non è scontato . Camera piccola , pulita , per fortuna con parquet , bagno di bella dimensione e letto se pur non esagerato comunque comodo con 4 cuscini . Apprezzata macchina del caffè !!! Camera nostra ( 001) essendo a pari strada risulta molto rumorosa specialmente nel fine settimana con passaggio e locali limitrofi ! Prezzo pagato piuttosto alto per qualità ricevuta , forse si trova di meglio !!!!

Hotel molto bello, vicino a tutte le attrazioni turistiche di Madrid. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno ampio con tutto il necessaire per l’igiene personale. Colazione buona e varia, c’è sia dolce che salato per soddisfare tutte le esigenze. Personale cortese e professionale. A 200 mt c’è un parcheggio convenzionato con l’hotel. Consigliatissimo
