Novotel Madrid City Las Ventas

Really nice hotel with cozy and comfortable room, and the swimming pool is very convenient and locates in a private area. really nice place to enjoy the sunshine magic. also, the staffs are really friendly. however, a little bit inconvenient for the transportation, but the location is quite close to the airport, so maybe suitable for those who needs to fly in a few days, but need to walk about 10 to 20 minutes to the metro station, and there's a bus station downstairs.

Nice hotel clean and very helpful staff Reception, restaurant and service guys all were amazing . They served a very good breakfast with a lot of variety. Very nice atmosphere well furnished lobby you can just sitting there and enjoying your time . A small pool but it’s ok with some sun-beds and a cafeteria . Room good size comfortable beds and nice bathroom. The only minus thing is it’s located in a quite area a little bit far from the city but with taxi you can reach where you want to go. Metro station in more than 700m.

Pool was a highlight. Super busy on a Sunday but Monday was empty. Food was delicious at both breakfast and dinner. More expensive than I thought it would be. If you're exploring town, eat in town. More options and atmosphere

We stayed here for 2 nights on our Madrid trip! We were a family of 4 and really enjoyed the hotel. We used an uber to get to central which cost us around £10. Great base would stay again.

The hotel was really well maintained with friendly staff!

Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for the price and quality. The property is well-maintained and the staff was friendly. My only suggestion would be to add more weights and additional equipment in the gym to enhance the fitness experience.

Nothing to eat nearby but great place to stay

Nice hotel with friendly staff and good food

It’s a new nice informal hotel, they don’t habe a classical reception just a standing desk and an area the employed greet you and help you. I like that. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is small and when I was there was always overcrowded. Servic eis great. Unfortunately it’s more suited for business travelers than tourists as it’s outside of the main area and you need like 45 minutes by bus and subway to get to the areas interesting for tourism.
