地理位置不錯，周圍環境清靜漂亮，離太陽門廣場等主要景點步行30分鐘，英格列斯10分鐘，球場20分鐘。如果不看球來旅行的話其實可以住更靠近太陽門或者大王宮的，會更方便。酒店很大，但是門頭比較小，大堂也不算大，裝修比較質樸古典。房間大小適中，不過給我的房間沒有景觀，窗子是對着牆的。早餐就比較一般了中規中矩沒什麼吃的，水果種類也比較一般。不過這個價位可能不算馬德里特別豪華的酒店，下次準備嘗試別家了。

We had to upgrade room to a family suite on spot because we have two young children (4 and 6 years old) very expensive for what it is

好的地方：位置好，離伯納烏兩站地鐵，打車去機場也就20不到，去市區其他地方都很近；早餐不錯，種類蠻多的。 不好的地方：房間太小了，性價比不高

酒店位置非常好，各個崗位的服務人員都很nice 設施：由於酒店歷史很長，有些設施稍微有點舊，但是使用還是很方便的。歐洲的酒店和國內的酒店的房間大小，智能化方面沒法比，但是文化底藴氛圍更勝一籌。 服務：服務特別棒，因為是中國新年，贈送了香檳🍾

房間不大，但是在歐洲來説已經算很大了。衞生條件不錯，沒有發現衞生死角。酒店門僮態度一般，幫拿行李後給了小費，馬上態度大轉變，再次出門的時候，馬上給我們開門，還詢問我們去哪裡，需要不需要幫助。 晚上回酒店，給開了夜床，贈送了小點心和一罐蜂蜜。

房間不大，勝在地理位置優越，距離Serrano名品街步行即可到達，到機場和伯納烏球場也很近。 訂這個房間的時候還可以享受俱樂部會員的待遇，小吃、夜宵都很豐盛，早餐也是單獨在俱樂部裏享用的。 老牌酒店，服務肯定沒的説。
