非常適合一家人！很乾凈、位置很中心！

房子是非常好，入住是非常難，要不是在門口遇到了幾位西班牙人幫忙，恐怕要折騰到半夜還進不去。萬幸的是出門遇到貴人了。

酒店離市區有點遠，但是設施不錯，床有點小，兩個人睡一張有點小

房間很大，位置超級棒，離中心地段步行幾分鐘。性價比超高，以後還會選擇。

Muy céntrico y bonito pero la atención del servicio de la recepción ha sido regular. Hormigas en la cocina. Dejamos un roscón de la pastelería en la cocina por la mañana y al volver estaba lleno de hormigas. Tuvimos que tirarlo obviamente. Mejorable.

7 days in a rear ground floor 1 bedroom apartment. Positives: Spacious, Good Kitchen with appliance list.., Ritual Soap in Bathroom, Good Housekeeping (once in 7 days). Negatives: 1. Location, lots of building activity in area, it is a bit of a walk to a good supermarket and other things; 2. Dark...rear apartments have windows facing inner courtyards so it is very dark inside .3. Sleep Quality...despite earplugs there are so many loud sqeaking doors and this apartment was next to a toilet with consistently squeaking and banging door..also bedroom curtains do not light block and during night the sensor light continually comes on and off so you need an eye mask. A few maintenance issues developing in the bathroom. Overall it was the sleep quality and location that would have me choose elsewhere on my next stay.

El apartamento es precioso y la ubicación inmejorable. Eso si, con coche es inaccesible. El problema es el fuerte olor a cloaca. He pasado toda la noche en vela por el hedor que desprende uno de los baños, más concretamente el grande. Si duermes en la habitación de al lado prepárate. He llegado al punto de irme al coche hasta que el resto de amigos despertasen. Por otro lado el sistema de check in online del apartamento es muy tedioso. Entre unas cosas y otras me llevó una tarde entera de mis vacaciones. Luego resulta que hay una recepción con trabajadores que bien podrían hacerlo ellos.

Una opción genial para alojarte en el centro de Madrid, en una calle tranquila pero pegada a absolutamente todo. Apartamentos cómodos, bien aislados de ruidos y con temperatura correcta. Cocina equipada con lo necesario para incluso cocinar allí. La gente de recepción encantadores.

This was a fantastic apartment for 4 friends to stay in. We asked for it to be configured as 2 twin rooms. Each one had a en-suite plus an extra toilet in the hall. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped with crockery. Shampoo and shower gel is provided and in the kitchen there were some coffee pods, olive oil, washing up liquid. The location was great. 5 minutes walk to Sol. Also, at the end of the road, turn left instead of right, which goes towards Sol, and a few minutes walk there are lots of lovely restaurants and they are less touristy around the Calle de Ventura de La Vega road. The apartment was very spacious and we had breakfast on the balcony. We received the entrance code by email about 1pm. Just enter the code slowly and on your apartment door, wait til the handle turns green before turning it. There was also a lift which was handy for getting to the 4th floor. We would choose to stay here again (although it would be perfect if a tea towel was provided for the kitchen).
