Hotel Lorenzetti

Semplicemente favoloso! Abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni di pace e relax. L'hotel Lorenzerti coniuga servizi da 5 srelle in un'atmosfera curata e familiare. Stanze molto spaziose e curate nei minimi dettagli, pulizia e gentilezza dello staff rendono il soggiorno unico. Colazione ampia, abbondante e molto curata. Il ristorante offre una proposta molto variegata sempre accompagnata da dolci favolosi. Consiglio i trattamenti della spa, di ottimo livello! Il servizio navetta è super veloce e vi porta on qualsiasi momento in centro o all'ingresso degli impianti, l'autista è fantastico!

Bella esperienza al Lorenzetti a Luglio, ci ha stupiti la gentilezza della proprietaria, che ci ha accolto al check in. Upgrade da stanza standard a suite, stanza grande (non è usuale nelle dolomiti), con tanto di bagno e doccia separati nello stesso bagno. Centro benessere incredibilmente valido, piscina al coperto perfetta per rilassarsi dopo le faticose escursioni, sauna e bagno turco all'avanguardia. Ok la colazione anche se la qualità potrebbe essere migliore. Unico neo è dovuto dal fatto che avevamo una stanza adiacente alla strada principale, vista l'esigenza di tenere le finestre aperte per il gran caldo notturno, potrebbe essere un problema per chi ha il sonno leggero (chiedete le stanze dall'altro lato). L'hotel si trova a 1.5 km dal centro di Madonna di Campiglio, ma c'è un servizio navetta h24 che ti porta anche oltre (ad es. il groste), Davvero consigliato.

Hotel Lorenzetti is a beautiful and well run hotel in an amazing location. It is a short distance (app. 2km) from the centre of Madonna di Campiglio (if you want to stay in town, this is not the hotel for you), transport to the town is provided all day by hotel cars with drivers according to guests' needs. As well as transport to the slopes. The surroundings and views from the hotel are beautiful, best from the restaurant, bar and relaxing spa room. The style of the common areas is traditional, lots of wood, nice decorations, our family likes this mountain style very much. We prefer modern but not in mountains, here is what we want from a mountain hotel. We had a large room with a built-in wardrobe and a jacuzzi bath, but I believe the rooms are different (size and style) so there is no point in describing it. I like everything clean and was very happy here, it was cleaned all the time. We chose the hotel based on the reviews about the food and also on the reasonable price. Despite high expectations regarding the food, we were definitely not disappointed - the food is fantastic, especially the dinner. Also worth mentioning is the snack at about 4PM, when you come from skiing. There is hot wine, juices and sweet refreshment. But the best thing here is the family character, the atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful. In the evening, the fireplace in the bar is lit. Someone plays piano. Snow is falling outside. Except for the snow, everything is the result of the work of the owner - Signora Silvana Lorenzetti, who comes every evening to greet her guests and ask about their satisfaction. I love hotels where the owner or manager actively interacts with the guests, comes to greet them and the guests see and feels real interest in the business. Plus she is a real lady, obviously of certain age, but elegant, polite, kind and very warm. A strong and remarkable personality. During the day you can meet her anywhere in the hotel, she has meetings, she controls day-to-day operations, it's impressive. This is for the first time we seriously consider coming again to the same place. There is absolutely nothing to complain about.
