Small room for a baby or toddler with pack and play, swing, stroller etc. A scenic walk to the river for fishing or floating. River cannot be seen from the house but is only a short hike. Covered porches for sitting outside on cool fall nights. Private yet safe neighborhood. Huge yard for children to play.
