The property is a garage apartment with one bedroom that can be quickly made to two bedroom with a futon that is on the location. It is currently set up as a one bedroom with a living area with theater seating and TV with streaming capabilities. This apartment is very nice, clean, well kept, and comfortable inside. The property is only two years-old and perfect for Aggie Game Day stays or a quiet oasis getaway. Guests will have access to refrigerators, freezer, microwave, ice and outdoor kitchen with a high end grill. Owners are on location in a beautiful log home next door to the garage apartment. As A&M Football season ticket holders, this is the first place we look for when the Aggies are in town. Every trip has been met with a clean room, fresh baked goods (incredible) and the epitome of Aggie hospitality. Want to experience what Aggieland and its people are about? Book your next stay with Rob, you will not regret it. I know we haven't.

Fantastic stay! We had a great stay at Rob’s home. It was clean, quiet and perfect for our family. Rob greeted us and was super helpful. We highly recommend this home and will return in the future.
