Excellent location for business travelers or families near Cummings Research Park. 65" 4K TV and 45" TV with wireless high speed internet. Stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare a great meal!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs (limit 4 total).$100 for up to 2 pets + $25/pet for addn'l pets.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:NO SMOKING inside the house. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 extra cleaning fee.Ask for more info on longer (>30 days) stays with pets. Great stay in a very convenient location
We had a great stay at this property for a family. The house was great and location was perfect for going back and forth to downtown Huntsville. The host was very responsive as well and having access to the garage was a huge plus.

2nd Visit
This was our 2nd visit to this property. Having been 2 years apart, changes are beginning to happen. Cleanliness was an issue as well as the were and tear on the furniture.

Robotics competition
Everything was nice, clean in great working condition as advertised. We had a small problem in 1 area of the house that we were in communication with the manager/owner of the house who was quick to respond. Loved the fireplace that was easy to use , beds were super comfortable with nice linens, tvs also easy to use. Very easy check-out, Overall had a great stay, will defitinely use again.

Overall a good stay.
The house was clean, the property manager was very kind and responsive. My only issue was the roaches. When we first arrived there was 5 roaches in the kitchen. We managed to kill most of them but every day of our stay we found roaches on the counters and sinks in the kitchen. There was a roach trap next to the fridge as well which tells me this isn’t the first time there had been a roach issue. The property manager did state that pest control had just been out and I understand roaches are difficult to get rid of. However I honestly would not have booked at this property if I had known there was a pest issue.

Perfect spot for a visit to the Rocket Center
My children and I stayed here for a trip to the US Space and Rocket Center. The house was clean and set up well for a family. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with lots of other families visible. Location was great, close to amenities. The owner responded quickly to communication. Would definitely stay here again.
