"The RCI side is in need of upgrade. There are no lake views. The lake level is way down like many in California. The carpet was full of dirt. Tub did not drain. Luke warm hot water. Outdoor pool on RCI side was dirty. The hot tub was green. Indoor temperature hard to maintain. Units are two story with porch on main level, in traffic areas"

Narrow Gauge Inn

"Not far from the south entrance of Yosemite National Park, there's a row of houses along the road, with one or two more rows following the hillside. Although the rooms aren't large, they have heating and hot water, making them quite comfortable and suitable for overnight stays. This would be convenient for visiting Sequoia National Park the next day. We drove an hour from the valley to get here in the evening, and when we set off at 9 am the next day, we were surprised to find ourselves queuing for two hours just to get into the south entrance. I recommend leaving early; the staff queuing for park entry is very organized. We valued our time, and after visiting the Sequoias and Glacier Point, we didn't get back to San Francisco until 11:30 pm. If we had arrived earlier, we would have greatly reduced the risk of traffic accidents."

"Suihku ei ollut selvästi puhdistettu, koska siellä oli muovisuoja pois irtotavarana vielä suihkussa ja hiukset sukellus. Etuosasto oli hyvin ystävällinen. Vierailijat olivat hirveä. Aamiaisen aikana mies oli kiiltävä, sniffling, puhaltaa nenänsä ja sitten koskettaa useita esineitä ruoka-alueella pesemällä kätensä sen jälkeen, kun hän puhalsi nenänsä."
