Happy to get upgraded to a suite. Appreciate the customer service of their staff very much! They were proactive to offer help and reacted fast to solve any problems arise. They would also go an extra step to make their customers satisfied and happy. Overall cleanliness is good. Bed is comfy. Gym room and indoor swimming pool is nice too. The only drawback is the outdoor swimming pool not opened due to construction which we didn’t know ahead. But it was still a very pleasant stay. Big thanks to the staff:)

Location and infrastructure is good but despite we arrived at 15.30, the room was not ready. Low service quality in macau conditions. Recommended as more value for money alternative for a day or two stay

本人為澳門雅詩閣之常客，發現前台團隊都換了幾次，服務質素較以往更為細緻周到。尤其感謝Elaine主管，其能辨識本人為舊客户，並根據過往預訂記錄安排合適房間，本人對此安排甚感滿意。人員異動已帶來改變，然而，儘管房間傢俱已進行例行保養維修，部分硬體設備仍因折舊而需更換，而非僅靠日常保養即可解決。

衞生環境很可怕，嬰兒椅是爛的，洗衣機一開門有很多木屑掉下來，應該是白蟻蛀的。嬰兒用品沒有提供，洗潔精也沒有。

這次入住感覺比之前住宿時，煙味少了，服務品質提升了，這次入住慶生，升級套房，空間更大，還可以洗衣泡澡煮咖啡，如果有海景房，那就更完美了
