Broadway Hotel Macau

Very bad experience. It was my bday trip. Before the trip, someone fr hotel called n said they willarrange for early check in as requested. We arrived at 11am on that day for check in n requested 2 families rooms be arranged nearby. End up by 4:30pm, we come back n they just arrange at that moment, saying room is not available for check in n we still hv to wait another half yr. Finally they upgraded one room to a suite... But that suite is facing many 水渠... Anyway, a v bad exoerience, i m not going back for sure!

It was very excellent trip. I was so happy and enjoyed the day of my stay, all the staff are so kind and very polite, The room was big enough and clean. Never regret Thank you so much See you for my new trip 💖

Unlike the other luxury hotel around, this is a great budget choice and close to Galaxy Hotels and Casino.i enjoy the hotel pool which is not used much by hotel guests. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices. Close to China boarder for Zhuhai. For the package I paid I think it is petty good value.

Could there possibly be a better hotel in Macau? It's truly amazing that you can enjoy everything the Galaxy (Resort?) has to offer at this price. The service was the best I have ever experienced at any hotel, and above all, the bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a deep and restful sleep.

Check in time is too late and check out time is too early..swimming pool opening time is too late .we also want to swim before check out

The hotel was old but clean, we booked a room facing the Galaxy Hotel but they upgraded us to River View which we dont like since we we’re specifically aiming for the hotel view. For people who love to order food service in hotel to eat inaide the room, you will be disappointed since they dont offer any food service in the hotel but they do offer a breakfast buffet downstairs. The staff we’re all nice and friendly, just the location from airport shuttle bus was too far. The Food Street is only downstairs but just so all of you know its a bit pricey. Overall, we won’t be coming back again/

overall is fine. the amenities and room is great. I got a river view room which was nice. the bathroom got bathtub too. the staffs are very friendly. they can speak a lot of languages. the lobby is decent compared to the other nearer 5 star hotel. the only thing that is bummer is no early check in.

The hotel is located close to the Galaxy/Parisian/Venetian area but is away enough to keep normal prices not thousands of dollars as the other hotels. Rooms are spacious enough and if you’re lucky to get room towards Galaxy you will enjoy spectacular view.

not sure about cleanliness because i saw a kids art paper under my bed and location is not walking distance to the major attractions in cotai
