공항에서가까워요 시설은 기시도 분위기

餐廳好吃，晚飯和早餐都不錯。 服務態度很好，行李寄存和入住退房手續都辦理的很順利，效率很高。 位置還不錯，出門有機場輕軌站、公交站，去氹仔或本島都比較方便 總的來説性價比不錯 房間內被褥略潮，回南天的感覺

前臺缺少熱情，耐心，可能是澳門服務業累的關係，下次不會再考慮人住了

入住時間過了15點就到了，拿到了房間的卡，但是被引導的房間還沒有打掃完，沒能進去。也沒有準備代替的房間。打掃完成是過了17點的時候。

Nice and the staff is nice too

아이랑 둘 이용했는데요 가성비가 좋은 것 같습니다. 창문 열지 못하는것 외에 저렴한 가격이 잘 이용하고 왔습니다.

帶孩子一起五一到澳門旅遊，旺季難得找到這家酒店，房間並不寬敞但還算緊湊，小孩還特別喜歡，早餐也是特別價格提供，算是一次不錯的體驗

已經住過多次了，交通方便環境好，不錯。

乾淨衞生，性價比高，對着機場，方便出行

We chose this hotel based on the glowing reviews and the promised extras like afternoon tea and free noodles from 10 PM to 12 AM. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arriving after 2 PM, we were told our room wasn’t ready and had to wait 20 minutes. While the room itself had nice décor and a comfortable bed, the service issues quickly piled up. The advertised afternoon tea never materialized, and when we went for the free noodles, we were again asked to wait another 20 minutes. The biggest letdown was breakfast. The selection was limited, but worse, everything was cold, overly oily, and completely bland. The kitchen staff were unfriendly—when we asked for fresh milk (since the coffee machine was often empty), we were ignored. A staff member eventually refilled it but didn’t acknowledge us, not even in Chinese. The final straw was the airport shuttle. The driver was unhelpful and didn’t assist with our luggage, despite seeing us struggle. Given the poor service, lack of promised amenities, and subpar food, we won’t be returning.

酒店就在機場對面，周邊餐飲較少（僅機場內餐廳）但是可以在酒店餐廳就餐，有套餐味道還可以。房間有點味道後跟酒店餐廳，及時給調了房間，交通還算便利。

Really nice hotel ! A bit costly,but nice !
