Perfect hotel location. Near to fast foods and bus stops. Hotel receptionists are Filipinos 🇵🇭 They’re very friendly and accommodating.

Great location if you want to stay near Senado square and temple de Ama. Room is clean and reasonable with price.

I stayed here for 3 nights; location is great close to bus stops and downtown area. The rooms are clean. However, the service here isn’t what you might read in the previous reviews. I changed my double room to a single one the last night and, there was no hot water the whole, in the beginning I didn’t understand when I just got in, only at night when I wanted to take shower I found it out. You know what I was told- please boil the kettle so you can take a shower on the phone because something in the basement is broken and I wasn’t notified beforehand of it when I moved in.

The interior of this property is very nice. The bed and pillows are super comfy. Linens are also fresh and clean and the rooms are well-maintained. I love the location as well, just walking distance to the bus stop!❤️
