不得不説服務超級好，沒有做不到衹有想不到。貼心管家關心問候一樣不落，因為季節原因，酒店取消了一些訂單，就免費給升了級。不得不説一切都是為更好服務好顧客。房間乾淨舒適，總之就是物有所值吧，值得推薦。

Everything was good but they refused to award me my Accor points because I used trip.com to book. I find this ridiculous

Opportunities for improvement: Rooms 1. consider using small bottles of water that can fit into the bar fridge. Cold water after a hot day is a game changer! Melange 1. Surf and turf: the big prawns and lobster meat were frozen and were not really attractive. After grilling, the meat turned out to be partially soggy, which is a turn off. 2. Suggestion: for the grill, cook to order instead of preparing the food and leaving it under a heater lamp. I.e. lamb cutlets, pork chops, grilled sea bass etc. Freshly grilled food taste better and maintains the high quality. Grilled food left under a heater lamp becomes either soggy or too tough. 3. Same suggestion for breakfast waffles: make to order rather than leave it on the plates ready to go. Examples of great service: 1. Mariana helped prepare a ice bucket of champagne for us even though the honeymoon comment was not originally registered by trip.com and pullman. She was very helpful and remembers what clients say. Top marks and greatly appreciated! 2. All buggy drivers greet upon pick up and some even went out of their way to reverse so we can video manta rays in shallow waters off our villa. Truly deserving of the great service tag! 3. All waiters serving at all restaurants always asks whether we want water to start off. It feels like an SOP but we love it! Consistent and service with a smile! Was truly a great experience and would love to come back again!

My Daughter and I visited this resort for a girls trip, all I can say is we had an absolutely amazing stay. The journey to the island is the only down side but you are made as comfortable as possible. The food was amazing and the restaurant staff were so friendly even remembering your name and favourite foods. Heads up to the chef Krishna and the Nisha who made our last night very memorable. Would have no hesitation in recommending this beautiful amazing place.

Beautiful island - very friendly people - nice and clean accommodation - great food - fantastic house reef and dive center with top dive instructors and dive masters. The all-inclusive plan is great, but takes away a little of the exclusivity of other 5* Hotels. But all together we had a wonderful holiday - thank you!

Ein wunderschöner entspannter Aufenthalt. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In eine wunderschöne Natur eingebunden. Man versucht wirklich alles, um einen einzigartigen Urlaub zu schaffen.

This was one of a kind moment for our honeymoon! Great massage from Adrina and Barbara! Very professional and very attentive! We had booked for a back massage but we get facial massage too! Thank you for your kindness and your sweetness! All was perfect!

Best massage ever. Recommend Barbara and Adrina! The oils they use are top noche and the pressure is perfect. The view from the spa is spectacular and the products are high end. Definitely getting a massage daily until we check out. I am thankful to be able that stay in a resort like this and the spa is a definite reason why I would come again.

Nos enfants ont organisé ce voyage pour nous en cadeau à l’occasion de notre 50e anniversaire de mariage. Mais pour être honnêtes, nous sommes surtout venus ici pour nous reposer et profiter d’un moment paisible dans les magnifiques Maldives. Dès notre arrivée, Ilyass nous a accueillis avec le sourire le plus sincère et lumineux. Il s’est occupé de tout, du check-in jusqu’au check-out. Même quand nous avions l’impression d’en faire un peu trop, il est toujours resté attentionné, gentil et prêt à nous aider. Son énergie positive et sa bonne humeur étaient contagieuses. À chaque rencontre, nous nous sentions comme chez nous. Et cela aurait déjà été parfait, mais il est allé encore plus loin en organisant, avec ses collègues , une magnifique surprise que nous n’oublierons jamais. Les mots ne suffisent pas pour décrire à quel point ce séjour au Pullman a été exceptionnel pour nous. Grâce à cette expérience, les Maldives auront à jamais une place spéciale dans nos cœurs. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute dans votre splendide resort, cette fois avec toute notre famille.

We are just coming back from Pullman Maldives where we spent ten wonderful days in what can only be described as paradise. The gorgeous Island boasts a lush vegetation and the ever smiling staff will stop at nothing to make each resident’s stay as unique and comfortable as possible. But of course the true jowel of Maamutaa Island is its underwater scenery. It is virtually impossible to look in the water and not fine a turtle grazing or breaking the surface to breathe, a reef shark gently cruising, a ray gracefully « flying »... The house reef, an easy reach with a short swim, captivates with the colourful Life inhabiting the plenty non-less colourful corals. I want to thank wholeheartedly the diving team, and more especially Mathis and Kayla, who made our stay truly one to remember. Their professionalism, knowledge, experience and all together enthusiasm allowed us to improve our diving skills, underwater comfort and to simply experience some of the best dives we have ever done to this day! Pullman Maldives is the right decision for unforgettable holidays.
