Lovely friendly little hotel. Staff are amazing really efficient, friendly couldn’t do enough for you. Food was delicious we stayed for evening meal and breakfast all very tasty. Our room was a little tired but nice touches like a mirror that lit up in the bathroom , coffee tea biscuits and clean. One gripe the bath towels were a tad small 😂. The rooms were lovely and warm just what you needed in January The spa was lovely We took full advantage of that. A short walk to the seafront and lovely shops.

I had a fantastic time for Christmas to New Year. The manager John was both friendly and efficient as were the staff, particularly Will and Adriana. The Christmas celebrations expertly organised and great fun . The food was excellent and so was the service, nothing was too much trouble. The entertainment was great especially Bryan and Jason as well as Jonny B. If you take a swimming costume they have a pool and jacuzzi by booking when you get there. It is an excellent place to go if you are on your own because both the staff and guests will make sure you don’t feel lonely or lost. The rooms and the hotel is always extremely clean and tidy. Overall the hotel is like a home from home which is close to St Anne’s shops and bus routes to the surrounding area

Lovely hotel
Our first impression, when we walked through the door never changed throughout our stay. The hotel reception area is bright, clean and has lovely decor, lots of seating areas, to relax and enjoy a drink, and friendly staff who welcomed us on arrival.We were booked in for 2 nights over the May bank holiday weekend and had booked a show at the Lowther Pavilion for one of the nights. The other evening we stayed in the hotel for dinner, which was excellent. There was a very well stocked bar and entertainment which we really enjoyed. We would definately recommend this hotel and booked again before we left, which in my mind is the best recommendation you can get for anyone thinking of staying at this hotel

Great for our stay during Lytham Festival
Good size room, reasonable breakfast. Got a Carpark space for free. Great location to stay for Lytham Festival

B&B
Typical B&B. Room was very small and shower not the best. First room shower was very bad but reception moved me straight away. Good location, nice pool and gym. Staff very good, helpful and friendly.

Typical English sea-side hotel
Typical English sea-side hotel formed from the conversion and extension of a pair of semi-detached houses which results in small rooms and a messy layout with narrow passageways. The rooms are dated, there was no hot water during the morning of my last day. The breakfast was of good quality. Car parking is limited so arrive early.

Good stay
Hotel was clean throughout. Was able to check in early and park no problem. Room was a good size and had everything we needed. Buffet breakfast was good. Gym was a decent size. Swimming pool looked great although didnt get time to use it.
