Unfortunately there are more negatives than positives in this review with my overall view being : just another experience 😕 Positives - parking available ( limited ) Inviting reception area Informative / helpful staff Room spacious with plenty of storage Negatives - foisty smell on entering room ( 107 )- purchased an air freshener locally to discard this. Room decor very shabby - wood peeling from door ( try & avoid splinters ) Terrible squeaky floorboards in room Toilet - not fully flushing Towels supplied - paper thin Evening meal bland / breakfast okay Brian the singer did well to keep his limited audience entertained. Did get the impression this hotel suits a more senior clientele. I'd shop around before booking this hotel as there is certainly room for improvement. Brought issues to hotel reception on leaving who advised they could have changed the room even though I'd been told I booked the last available room !!!!!

Wonderful catch up ‘girlie’ weekend with my friend Christine. Adriana on reception is a treasure. The waiters polite and attentive. Jonny B on evening Entertainment was awesome we danced all night. Thankyou Clifton we’ll be back. Brenda x

Me and my husband have just returned from a fantastic weekend here. We arrived Saturday and was greeted and checked in by the manager who was very nice and helpful recommending us to park in the hotel carpark at the back. Our room was ready so was allowed to check in early.Our room 502 was so lovely ,very spacious .Very comfortable bed.Nice outdoor patio area to sit outside. Clean and comfortable room lovely to have a sofa . All staff were amazing, always smiling and friendly.They couldn't do enough for you . The food was great ,we had breakfast and evening meal. Swimming pool and jacuzzi area was so lovely very relaxing . The £1 massage chairs were great ,and was great for a 5 minute massage. The whole hotel was very clean ,relaxing atmosphere. A special thank you to the lady on reception on Sunday (sorry we didn't get your name) .we were due to go home but decided we wanted to stay an extra night .The lady on reception went above and beyond to make this happen ,so we stayed an extra night. This was our first visit here and we fell in love and will definitely be returning . This hotel is so relaxing and the staff make your stay ,

Good location, miles of beach though the sea is out half a mile an more even when it’s in! Weekends are manic. Good food mostly, choice of menu, four course dinner that can take an hour and a half to serve often with gaps between courses. Staff are brilliant. Loved the ‘Bath House’ (pool) & Jacuzzi. Often not a sole in, so such an under used facility. You book a time slot as you must register, there is no guard, max 5 but was never more than 3 and mostly on my own, no rush to get out. As a solo I paid extra for a small twin room, 511, along a winding corridor and up stairs, no lift. It was airless, no aircon or fan, opening the bedroom and small bathroom windows hardly helped, I dread to think what it might be like in August. No chair so nowhere to sit other than the bed.

A lovely hotel in a great location. The staff are great, food good , room no issues. The decor of the hotel is lovely too. The pool and jacuzzi are great and the Saturday night entertainment was fantastic, will definitely go back.A fantastic hotel in a great location

Very welcoming staff and central location. Old fashioned decor but clean and comfortable. Good value for an overnight say, unfortunately I didn't have enough time to try out the swimming pool. Limited breakfast (e.g. no croissants or similar continental items) but the bacon/egg etc was nice enough. I would stay again.

What a beautiful little Hotel.. Nothing is too much trouble regarding the staff... So homely and friendly.. Food was beautiful.. Large selection. Entertainment great.. We didnt want to come home... The G.M was a gentleman.. So so friendly. Cant wait for our next visit ..5☆
