Pullman Lyon arvostelua

酒店其實就在Lyon Part Dieu火車站隔壁。出門真的不要太方便😊 酒店裝修特別新，非常舒服。攜程的介紹非常詳細可靠。酒店馬路對面就是Lyon最大的購物中心Westfield Part Dieu 吃的買的都方便。步行10分鐘就到里昂廚神的美食廣場。這個廣場晚上營業餐廳不多，還是中午來比較合適。 酒店可以步行到老城區（30分鐘）作為遊客邊走邊看還是非常方便的。這次旅程發現Lyon出租車不多，路上打車不太容易（需要酒店或者餐廳幫忙叫車）

酒店地理位置很好，就在火車站附近。大堂裏有給小童搭樂高和畫畫的區域，工作人員服務也都很熱情友好，非常推薦帶娃火車出行的家庭選這裏入住。

Best breakfast spread during our trip. Good quality and pretty decor which made us look forward to breakfast every morning! Located right next to Lyon train station. New hotel with gym and fruits provided in gym room too which is a nice gesture. Not forgetting Clarins as toiletries.

Вы не сможете до него добраться. Мы сделали 4 круга вокруг адреса отеля, но не смогли к нему подъехать - все пути были заблокированы или перекрыты. Своей парковки в отеле нет, так что на своей или арендованной машине крайне не удобно добираться до отеля. Сами номера очень простые: потолок и стены в бетоне без отделки. Шкафы настолько неудобные что в низ нельзя повесить пиджак, куртку или ветровку. Персонал в лице менеджера Santiago не стал разбираться в проблеме или предлагать какие-то решения проблемы или иные бонусы. Просто сказал что может вернуть деньги за проживание. Очередно разочарование от сетевого отеля под управлением Accor Group.

很好很舒服

離火車站超級近後面有個門出來就是酒店門口.步行不到5分鐘. 所以離火車站門口的地鐵站也很近，對面是個超大的商場，巨大的家樂福，吃飯購物都很方便. 設施：新酒店的關係吧，裏面的裝修都很符合現代的習慣. 服務：前台的熱巧克力很棒，客房服務打了電話馬上有響應. 有機會還會選擇這家酒店的！

Pullman Lyon is a relatively new hotel. Had a great stay and I had a train to catch on Jan 1 2025 morning, Lyon Part Dieu station to Paris is literally 1 min walk! So very convenient if you don’t want to be late for your onward journey. I got to Pullman from another hotel on an Uber, and there were still constructions and a pro tip to to take Taxi rather than Uber if you’ve luggages because Ubers aren’t allowed into the hotel zone. It’s only for bus and taxis. I wish Pullman had large signage’s to get to their hotel because the entrance is being blocked by the construction. The hotel should have a big Pullman on thier building on all sides like the Radisson Blu nearby it so that people can easily spot it. The front desk Marie was lovely! All those at reception and concierge spoke great English and were very helpful in helping me call for a taxi and giving me ideas on where to go for dinner on 31 Dec as I had not made any reservations. The hotel room is big and roomy, with lots of space for luggages. I got a room for handicap access so the shower and toilet areas were joined tgt. The rain shower was great in keeping the floor dry. I’ll def choose this hotel in future visits if I have an early train to catch in Lyon. It’s in good distance to Westfield shopping mall and it’s a mega big mall with heaps of shopping, dining, supermarket options!

My experience at Pullman Lyon was pleasant overall. The hotel offers a sleek, modern design and comfortable accommodations that met my needs. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. The staff were polite and professional, always ready to assist. The dining options were good, with a decent selection of dishes. The location was convenient for exploring Lyon, making it a practical choice for my stay. While not extraordinary, it was a solid and comfortable option for a visit to the city !

酒店外正進行工程，Google Map導向行7分鐘更行在地盆地方，其實在火車站經過商店區有另一個隱敞的出口一出便是酒店，但沒有任何指示，出口見到酒店亦沒有任何標誌，建議酒店與車站商量放置指示及在小出口外酒店的玻璃上貼上酒店標誌方便客人找到！

沒有自己的停車場，非常吃驚和不解，周邊目前在施工，別説開車，正常的步行都很繞，更別提拖着箱子的旅客，很無語；
