ESA Seattle-Lynnwood is an exceptional value venue for short stays or extended residency. The management is attentive and responsive. The staff members are professional and diligent yet personable, and the entire environment is supportive and neighborly due to a stable base of long-term quality guests. ESA Seattle-Lynnwood is an immaculately maintained property and safe "homestead," whether for a day, a year, or more, where guests can be part of a personal caring community of good neighbors supported by friendly always accessible management and staff. Also, nearly every kind of quality retail, grocery, and restaurant venue is within safe short walking distance from this property. You will definitely enjoy the quality and value of your stay at the Seattle-Lynnwood ESA.

We are truly grateful for the care and compassion of the Team here, as my youngest finished up with his Transplant Team. What turned from a two week stay to a two month stay, we were able to celebrate two birthdays, a pirate adventure, so many games of chess, and harnessing the Sun to make a solar powered satellite work. We cannot begin to express the divine hospitality we received! The team’s communication is far superior than the children’s hospital and when things weren’t going as planned they took the time and helped us through. It is our home away from home and we are beyond grateful! Blessings to the team and all that visit and stay! Truly a blessing to my family.

The bed sheet has blood on it. There was hair from the previous customer in the bathroom. The windows are disgustingly dirty. The room is just outrageous. Will not recommend. Try another one even if it costs more, it is better than living in this mess.

The staff was great and the location was super convenient, but this property is not being maintained well. I was very surprised to find the kitchen had significant chipping on countertops and cupboard doors, the handle to the fridge was missing a piece and discolored, and the shower drain was clogged so water pooled up when we showered. The carpet has stains and generally looked dirty so we wore our shoes in the room. Breakfast was supposed to be included but we never saw any food and we’re told it was granola bars only. We pay more for breakfast included hotels and this is the first time I ever stayed anywhere where it wasn’t actually provided. The hotel looks well kept from the outside, but the room quality is far below our standards. We won’t be staying with Extended Stay America again.

This place is a Very Mediocre property at best. water took a long time to heat. The 'breakfast' was pathetic. Granola bars only. No hot cereal even though it was advertised as available. When asked the front desk clerk said the cereal had been ordered and was very sorry that it was missing for my entire 3 day stay. EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. Never again.

This location is under new management and there is a definite improvement from the lunatic that was managing last year. The staff are all friendly and always ready to help and answer questions. I have stayed in this location several times for various trips. I choose to stay in this location because it is kept clean, and the staff have always been exceptional.

The staff is outstanding, always a pleasure to speak with...they great you with a smile every time...I will certainly stay there again...everything in neat and clean and if needed, they will always give you whatever it is that is needed...

The bed is very comfy and they have a stove in the room which is great! Also it’s roomy and check in was very easy. All they needed was my id and then they gave me the keys. I’ll definitely be coming here again.

Great last min stay. The staff was wonderful! Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and you could tell they value their work. Not their jobs… but their work! Kudos! And thank you again for a peaceful stay!
